Abstract: A Lactobacillus reuteri ATG-F4 strain (Accession number KCTC13717BP) is proposed. The strain has the function of enhancing dopamine secretion, and thus can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a functional health food for the prevention or amelioration of mental illnesses, such as memory disorder, depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, and the like, as well as Parkinson's disease, or can be used as a very effective composition for the improvement of memory or cognitive function. Moreover, the strain exhibits anti-inflammatory efficacy of upregulating the expression of IL-10 (interleukin-10) and inhibiting the generation of nitric oxide (NO) and is not resistant to antibiotics, and can thus be readily applied to a variety of foods having health improvement effects.

Abstract: Provided is a bilirubin derivative-based ultrasound contrast agent for diagnosis and treatment. The fine particles including the bilirubin derivative are sensitive to reactive oxygen species (ROS), bind with hydrophobic drugs, and can effectively chelate metals such as iron oxide nanoparticles. Therefore, the fine particle of the present invention can be used as an ultrasound contrast agent for diagnosis, as a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent, or as a carrier for hydrophobic drugs or platinum-based drugs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates a shelf support device and a cooking appliance with the same. The shelf support device includes a rail extending in forward and backward directions to locate a front end portion over a rear end portion, including an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion; and a support unit at which a shelf is mounted at an upper portion of the support unit, coupled to the rail to be movable along the movement path formed by each of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion, and configured to change a position of the shelf in an upward direction when being moved in the forward direction and the position of the shelf in a downward direction when being moved in the backward direction.

Abstract: The present invention provides hydrophilic bilirubin derivative particles containing a metal, a use thereof, and a preparation method therefor. The bilirubin derivative particles of the present invention form coordinate bonds with various metals, and thus can be used in MR diagnosis, CT diagnosis, photo-acoustic diagnosis, PET diagnosis, or optical diagnosis. The bilirubin derivative particles of the present invention can release an anticancer drug encapsulated therein to the outside by the combination with a platinum-based anticancer drug and the degradation by a stimulation of light/reactive oxygen species, and exhibit anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities, and thus the bilirubin derivative particles of the present invention have a concept of theranostics in which the bilirubin derivative particles can be for therapeutic uses as well as diagnostic uses.

The bilirubin nanoparticle according to the present invention exhibits antioxidant, antiangiogenic, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory activities.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for translating, transcribing, and/or converting a printed label on a surface of an RFID tag into electronic data, which are writable to a non-volatile storage inside the RFID tag, are disclosed. In one example, the apparatus comprises an image reader for scanning a printed label on the surface of an RFID tag, a UHF antenna module, a UHF tag access module for reading from or writing into the RFID tag, and a computer interface to display various parameters and control the apparatus. A tag-holding plate containing batches of RFID tags can be brought to an access range of the image reader using a conveyor belt or another moving mechanism. Once positioned within the access range, the apparatus can read and translate a printed label on a RFID tag and write the converted electronic data into a non-volatile storage inside the RFID tag.
