  • Patent number: 9054093
Abstract: A semiconductor chip and a wiring board are coupled to each other through conductor posts. The centers of conductor posts situated above openings at the outermost periphery shift from the centers of the openings in a direction away from the center of the semiconductor chip. When a region where each of the conductor posts and an insulating layer are overlapped with each other is designated as an overlapped region, the width of the overlapped region more on the inner side than the opening is smaller than the width of the overlapped region more on the outer side than the opening. Thus, while stress applied to the conductor posts is relaxed, coupling reliability between the semiconductor chip and the wiring board is retained.

  • Patent number: 8775261
Abstract: In a network advertisement system, an information processing section includes a module to store, when sales or service operation is conducted for a first terminal, purchase history of articles or services of the first terminal; and a Social Network Service includes an extraction module to extract, on receiving from the module a notification of the reception of the article or service by the first terminal, registered users related to the user of the first terminal. The SNS notifies the reception of the article or service by the first terminal to terminals of the registered users thus extracted. When a second terminal receives purchase of an article or provision of a service on the basis of the notification of purchase information of plural users, a degree of contribution to the sales promotion is expressed by a numeric value for each of the plural users by referring to the shop server and the SNS to reflect the degree of contribution to the affiliate.

  • Patent number: 7719530
Abstract: An image is moved and displayed through an image movement orbit composed of one or more annular orbits. The annular orbit is set such that a central point of the image to be displayed on a display screen is defined as a reference position, and the reference position is used as a start point, and this reference position is returned to when a movement corresponding to one round is completed. Thus, the image movement orbit is established so as to always pass through a reference point, for each cycle of an annular orbit. As a result of such image movement, the image movement as a pixel shift is unrecognizable so as to reduce ghost effects.
