    Abstract: The present technology relates generally to oligolactic acid conjugates and stereocomplexes of conjugates of gemcitabine and gemcitabine derivatives, micelle compositions containing such conjugates or stereocomplexes of conjugates, and methods of preparing and using such compositions to treat various cancers. The oligolactic acid conjugates and stereocomplexes of conjugates may include oligolactic acid comprising 2 to 20 lactic acid subunits and may be attached through an amide linkage to the nitrogen of the 4(N) of the gemcitabine or gemcitabine derivative. Compositions comprising water and a micelle comprising a polylactic acid-containing polymer and the oligolactic acid conjugate or stereocomplex of conjugates may be readily prepared. Methods of inhibiting or killing cancer cells and treating gemcitabine sensitive cancers are also provided.

The waveform data includes original square wave sequence data and target square wave sequence data, and the target square wave sequence data includes a preliminary delay parameter and a secondary delay parameter. An original square wave sequence signal is acquired according to the original square wave sequence data. According to the preliminary delay parameter, preliminary delay processing is performed on the original square wave sequence signal to acquire an intermediate square wave sequence signal, and according to the secondary delay parameter, secondary delay processing is performed on the intermediate square wave sequence signal to acquire a target square wave sequence signal.

Advantageously the apparatus effectively prevents patients, operators, patient examination beds and other obstacles from suffering a serious collision with the C-arm itself.

By using the intensity of real-time muscle activity signals as inputs, a motor applies either assistive or resistive force to rotate a gear at different speeds to facilitate or impede the cycling motion, and the electrical pulses from an electrical stimulation device can be provided to stimulate target muscles to generate muscle contraction to support the continuous cycling movement.
