Each sound generation assembly includes a vibrating membrane, an exciter, and a support structure. Support structure is disposed on a side of vibrating membrane and has a cavity. Exciter includes a motion part in contact with vibrating membrane and a drive part disposed in cavity. Drive part drives motion part to vibrate, and motion part vibrates to drive vibrating membrane to vibrate. Display assembly substrate and vibrating membrane are the same structure, and pixel components are disposed on a side of vibrating membrane facing away from support structure. Display device includes the display panel above.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing a substrate are provided herein. For example, a matching network comprises a first sensor operably connected to an input of the matching network and an RF generator operable at a first frequency and a second sensor operably connected to an output of the matching network and the plasma processing chamber. The first sensor and the second sensor are configured to measure impedance during an RF generator pulse on time. A variable capacitor is connected to the first sensor and the second sensor, and a controller is configured to tune the at least one variable capacitor of the matching network during the RF generator pulse on time based on impedance values measured during at least one of pulse on states or pulse off states of a pulse voltage waveform generator connected to the matching network or an RF signal of another RF generator operable at a second frequency different from the first frequency.

    Abstract: A weakly paired image style transfer method based on a pose self-supervised generative adversarial network, relating to the field of image processing. The method is suitable for style transfer of weakly paired images, different styles of pictures having certain overlap are used to perform model training of an adversarial neural network, so that the model is insensitive to poses and focuses on style learning, and therefore, in an actual application process, a source style can be converted into a target style, but a pose is kept unchanged. In addition, in the model training process of the adversarial neural network, a differentiable pose solver capable of estimating a relative pose of any two images is introduced, a phase correlation algorithm is optimized to be differentiable, and the phase correlation algorithm is embedded into an end-to-end learning network framework to achieve pose estimation.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fiber-optic gas sensing and laser photoacoustic spectroscopy, and reliability of a gas detection system is improved by actively selecting a working frequency of low noise interference combined with an optical fiber photoacoustic sensing probe capable of isolating high-frequency noise. A gas enters a photoacoustic microcavity through gaps on a sound-sensitive diaphragm after diffusing into a miniature air chamber through a plurality of micropores. Photoacoustic excitation light is incident into the photoacoustic microcavity through a fiber-optic collimator and then excited to generate a photoacoustic pressure wave to cause the sound-sensitive diaphragm to vibrate periodically. An end face of a single-mode optical fiber and the sound-sensitive diaphragm constitutes a fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometer. The interferometer measures a deflection of the diaphragm and inverts a concentration of the to-be-measured gas.
