    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-targeting fusion protein that blocks the growth of vascular endothelial cells and activates T cells, which comprises (i) a vascular endothelial cell growth inhibitory domain; (ii) an immunoglobulin Fc domain; and (iii) CD80 extracellular domain (ECD). The present invention also provides a polynucleotide encoding the multi-targeting fusion protein, a vector containing the polynucleotide, a host cell comprising the polynucleotide or the vector, and pharmaceutical composition comprising the multi-targeting fusion protein and an anti-PD-1 antibody.     Abstract: An encoding method with multiple image block division manners is disclosed, including: determining a division manner and a division direction of an image block; dividing the image block to obtain image subblocks sequentially arranged horizontally or vertically; determining whether the image subblocks need subdivision, and if subdivision is not needed, predicting the encoding object in the frame according to the image subblocks, to obtain residual data; performing transformation, quantization, and entropy encoding for the residual data so as to obtain coded residual data; and writing the division manner of the image block, the division direction of the image block, an identifier indicating whether the image subblocks need subdivision, and the coded residual data into a bitstream. By applying the encoding method, better prediction accuracy can be achieved when the image block presents a small change of pixel value in the horizontal or vertical direction.

    Abstract: A building-information management (BIM) system receives a set of wind vectors that identify wind speeds and directions at the surfaces of physical structures within a volume of air. The system stratifies the volume into vertically stacked layers that each contains similar wind vectors. Each layer is then divided horizontally into rectangular cells that each at least partially encloses a cluster of the structures. The system infers cell-specific relationships that relate physical attributes of the enclosed structures with the cell's incoming and outgoing airflows, from which the system builds a wind-propagation model for each cell. These cell-specific models are combined into a regional wind-propagation model that predicts how winds entering the volume will be propagated as outgoing wind vectors. The regional model is used by downstream modules of the BIM system to account for airflow effects when designing a planned building.
