    Abstract: A server information handling system is secured by a bezel that couples to an access location, such as an air vent at a front or rear face of a housing. The bezel includes a security structure having a lock and configured to couple directly at the front face or with a bezel extension at the rear face so that the server information handling system can use the same bezel with both a front face or rear face rack mount. The bezel has a lock integrated with the security structure, an air filter that fits over the security structure to filter air flowing into the housing, and a filter brace that captures the air filter by coupling to the security structure over the air filter. The filter brace attaches and detaches at the security structure when the security structure locks a server information handling system housing so that the air filter can be changed while the housing remains secure.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are related to a system and a method of extending a lifetime of a memory cell. In one aspect, a memory controller applies a first pulse having a first amplitude to the memory cell to write input data to the memory cell. In one aspect, the memory controller applies a second pulse having a second amplitude larger than the first amplitude to the memory cell to extend a lifetime of the memory cell. The memory cell may include a resistive memory device or a phase change random access memory device. In one aspect, the memory controller applies the second pulse to the memory cell to repair the memory cell in response to determining that the memory cell has failed. In one aspect, the memory controller periodically applies the second pulse to the memory cell to extend the lifetime of the memory cell before the memory cell fails.

The accumulating circuit is configured to: when data stored in a page is read out by applying each of a plurality of read voltages on a word line corresponding to the page, accumulate read-out signals from multiple memory cells in the page to generate a respective output value that corresponds to the accumulated read-out signals for the read voltage. The controller is configured to determine a calibrated read voltage for the page based on the respective output values and the plurality of read voltages.

    Abstract: An optics component with double-layered micro-lens array includes mainly complex pinhole structures in array arrangement on one substrate face, and either substrate face has an optical micro-lens array. Both optical micro-lens arrays include a plurality of aspheric micro-lenses corresponding to the pinhole structures. When the component is in use, a UV light reflected by a DMD wafer is focused onto each pinhole structure through the plurality of aspheric micro-lenses in the optical micro-lens array of one face of a crystal substrate, and a small spot is formed, which may begin to diffuse after passing through the pinhole structure. Then, the beam is focused onto another face by the plurality of aspheric micro-lenses of another substrate face to obtain a small spot with a small circular spot approaching physical diffraction limit. The formed spot arrays can be applied to the scanning maskless and direct-write exposure lithography process.

    Abstract: A system for producing a tissue-engineered material includes a hollow member and a mechanical stimulating unit. The hollow member is adapted to be implanted in a peritoneal cavity, and is to be positioned in the peritoneal cavity in a manner that a part of the hollow member contacts an inner wall surface of the peritoneal cavity for enabling formation of a biological tissue that encapsulates the hollow member. The mechanical stimulation unit is coupled to the hollow member and configured to provide a periodic mechanical stimulus to the biological tissue by periodically causing the hollow member to expand and contract. A method for producing the aforesaid tissue-engineered material is also disclosed.
