Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a network discovery method, an access point, and a terminal device, and relate to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: generating, by an access point, a physical layer frame, and setting indication information in a frame header part of the physical layer frame, where the indication information is used for indicating that the physical layer frame carries a network discovery message; and sending, by the access point, the physical layer frame. The present invention is applicable to a scenario where the terminal device is connected to the access point by using a WiFi network.

Abstract: A method includes: receiving, on a first channel by an access point, a request message sent by a station, where the request message includes first indication information used for indicating that the station is a first type station supporting channel information indicated by the access point, and the first channel is a minimum channel unit; and sending, a confirmation message to the station according to the request message, where the confirmation message includes channel information used for communication between the access point and the station, and the channel information includes at least the first channel. After an access point allocates a channel resource to all stations in a centralized manner according to the channel resource and types of the stations in a same BSS, the access point may send a confirmation message to a station, to instruct the access point and the station to communicate on an indicated channel resource.

Abstract: In a process for a wireless network device in a first Neighbor Awareness Network device cluster (NAN cluster) to join a second NAN cluster, the wireless network device first discovers the second NAN cluster. It calculates a first score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the first NAN cluster, and a second score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the second NAN cluster, compares the first score and the second score, and determines to join the second NAN cluster when the second score is greater than the first score. Then it sends an event message to other wireless network devices in the first NAN cluster to inform them to join the second NAN cluster, stops participating in the first NAN Cluster by not contending for serving as a synchronization device in the first NAN Cluster, and joins the second NAN cluster.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method and a device, and belong to the field of communications technologies. In one embodiment, the method includes: sending a broadcast message, where the broadcast message carries information about a sending window that is allocated for a data receiving terminal and that is used to send a trigger message, and the trigger message sending window includes at least one sending opportunity used by the data receiving terminal to send the trigger message; receiving the trigger message sent by the data receiving terminal, and allocating, for the terminal sending the received trigger message, a channel resource used to receive data; and returning channel resource allocation information to the terminal sending the received trigger message, and sending, by using the allocated channel resource, the data to the terminal sending the received trigger message.

Abstract: A terminal pairing method and a pairing terminal includes acquiring, when a terminal detects a preset pairing trigger event, a pairing hidden value that is of the terminal and that is associated with the preset pairing trigger event; and implementing, by the terminal, pairing with the peer end by using the pairing hidden value of the terminal. Compared with some approaches, in the present disclosure, pairing can be accurately implemented without using an NFC interface, which reduces costs of terminal pairing.

Abstract: A location privacy protection method includes generating an identifier update notification message to be sent to at least one access point, where the identifier update notification message includes a first identifier of a wireless terminal, to indicate that the identifier update notification message is to be sent by the wireless terminal. The identifier update notification message further includes second identifier information of the wireless terminal. The method further includes sending the identifier update notification message, so that the access point acquires a second identifier according to the second identifier information, and uses the second identifier as an identifier of the wireless terminal; and sending a subsequent message including the second identifier to the access point, to indicate that the subsequent message is sent by the wireless terminal.

Abstract: A service query method includes: when receiving first service query request messages sent by multiple access points, where the first service query request message includes a station identity and requested service information, a service node sends query result information to only one or more access points thereof, namely a first access point, so as to send the query result information to a station corresponding to the station identity, and sends instruction information to another access point to instruct the another access point not to send the query result information.

Abstract: In a process for a wireless network device in a first Neighbor Awareness Network device cluster (NAN cluster) to join a second NAN cluster, the wireless network device first discovers the second NAN cluster by means of scanning for networking signals from the second NAN cluster. If it determines, based on the attribute information of the second NAN cluster, to join the second NAN cluster, the wireless network device sends an event message to other wireless network devices in the first NAN cluster. The event message also contains a cluster ID (CID) of the second NAN cluster. The wireless network device joins the second NAN cluster, wherein the step of joining comprises: performing service discovery in the second NAN cluster instead of performing service discovery in the first NAN cluster.

Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: sending, by an access point, channel opportunity information, so that stations that have data to be sent randomly select, after receiving the channel opportunity information, a channel opportunity from the channel opportunity information, and concurrently send a sending request message to the access point; allocating, by the access point according to the received sending request message, to a station that sends the received sending request message, a channel resource that is used for sending uplink data; and sending, by the access point according to the allocated channel resource, a sending acknowledgement message to the station that sends the received sending request message, so that stations that receive the sending acknowledgement message use channel resources to concurrently send uplink data.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for handling an address conflict. The method for handling an address conflict includes: acquiring a media access control (MAC) address of an associated first node and a first auxiliary identifier; receiving a MAC frame that carries the first auxiliary identifier; and sending an auxiliary identifier conflict report message to the first node when it is determined that the MAC frame is sent by a second node. According to the method and the apparatus for handling an address conflict in the embodiments of the present invention, the following problem can be detected and resolved. An AP auxiliary identifier conflict is caused by a MAC header compression method where an auxiliary identifier is used to replace a MAC address.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for automatically configuring application terminals in a home network are provided. The method includes the following steps: A method for automatically configuring an application terminal in a home network, including: exchanging, by an application terminal, information with a home gateway to obtain an address of a Gateway Automatic Configuration Server (GACS) which is different from the address of home gateway; and sending, by the application terminal, a configuration request to the GACS, based on the obtained address of the GACS; obtaining, by the application terminal, an address of a Terminal Automatic Configuration Server (TACS) GACS; sending, by the application terminal, the configuration request to the TACS according to the obtained address of the TACS; and obtaining, by the application terminal, configuration information from the TACS for automatic configuration.

Abstract: A method, a machine to machine (M2M) terminal, an access point (AP), and a system for achieving a machine to machine service are provided. The method includes: determining an AP that supports the M2M service; establishing a communication connection to the AP; receiving service configuration information sent by the AP; and sending a service data report message to the AP according to the service configuration information, where the service data report message includes service data corresponding to the M2M service. The M2M terminal includes a determining module, a connection module, a first receiving module, and a first sending module. The system includes the M2M terminal, the AP, and the M2M server according to embodiments of the present invention.

Abstract: A method, a device and a system for enabling a routing function and transmitting data, which relate to the field of communications, and are capable of sharing a single session task through a plurality of access points, thereby ensuring data transmission quality. When a station uses an external network identifiable address, and performs data transmission of a single session task through a first access point, an address of a club routing function (CR) router connected to the first access point is determined; at least one second access point connected to the same CR router with the first access point is determined.

Abstract: A key configuration method includes acquiring, by a configuration device, a public key of a second device, and sending the public key of the second device to a first device, generating, by the first device, a first shared key, and sending information for obtaining the first shared key to the second device using the public key of the second device, or generating, by the first device, a first shared key using the public key of the second device, and sending information for obtaining the first shared key to the second device, and generating, by the second device, the first shared key using a private key of the second device and the information for obtaining the first shared key, where the first shared key is used for a secure connection between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: A file transfer method includes: sending, by a sending device, a ready request message to a multicast group in a multicast manner; when receiving a first ready message returned by a first device in the multicast group, sending, by the sending device, a master receiving device determining message to the first device, where the master receiving device determining message is used to notify the first device that the first device has been selected as a master receiving device, and sending a data packet of a to-be-sent file to the multicast group in a multicast manner; and when a second device newly joins the multicast group, sending a first message to the second device to notify it in time of information about a file that is currently being transferred, so that the newly joined device can start receiving immediately.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a device access method, an access point, and an access device. The method includes: generating, by an access point, a broadcast frame, where the broadcast frame includes a feature identifier of an access device; and sending, by the access point, the broadcast frame, so that the access device that receives the broadcast frame and corresponds to the feature identifier in the broadcast frame accesses the access point. The present invention may be adopted to resolve a problem that numerous conflicts occur when numerous terminals simultaneously access a network, so that the terminals can successfully access the network.

Abstract: A key configuration method includes acquiring, by a first device, a public key of a second device through a secure medium; sending, by the first device, information used for obtaining a shared key to the second device; and obtaining, by the second device, a shared key using a private key of the second device and the information that is used for obtaining a shared key. The first device obtains the shared key using the information used for obtaining a shared key or using a private key of the first device. The present disclosure ensures that the public key of the second device reaches the first device, avoids that an attacker masquerades as the second device to establish a secure connection with the first device, so that the attacker cannot listen to a message between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: A wireless terminal configuration method, an apparatus, and a wireless terminal where the method includes scanning, by a registration apparatus, a multi-dimensional code of a wireless terminal to acquire multi-dimensional code information, where the multi-dimensional code information includes a configuration password of the wireless terminal, and encrypting, by the registration apparatus, configuration information based on the configuration password, and sending the encrypted configuration information to the wireless terminal through a wireless access device associated with the registration apparatus, such that the wireless terminal accesses the wireless access device according to the configuration information which may simplify a configuration process of a wireless terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device and system for configuring multiple devices, where multiple devices are configured simply and securely in a centralized manner. The method includes: acquiring, by a configuration device, device identity information, configuration password information, and network role attributes of at least two devices needing to be configured on a same wireless local area network WLAN; determining a central node device of the WLAN according to the network role attributes of the at least two devices; and sending device identity information and configuration password information of a non-central node device to the central node device, or sending, by the configuration device, device identity information and configuration password information of the central node device to the non-central node device.

Abstract: A message acknowledgement method includes: An access point sends a beacon frame, receives an uplink frame sent by a terminal, and sends an acknowledgement frame for the uplink frame, where the acknowledgement frame includes offset time, and the offset time is a difference between a time point when the access point sends the acknowledgement frame and a time point when the access point sends the beacon frame; compares the difference that is obtained through calculation by the terminal and is between the time point when the terminal receives the acknowledgement frame and the time point when the terminal lately receives a beacon frame with the offset time carried in the acknowledgement frame, and if a difference between the two is within a preset error range, determines that the acknowledgement frame received by the terminal is sent by the access point associated with the terminal.
