Abstract: The present invention discloses a type of ultra-wide band SAW filter which comprises a first SAW resonator group and a second SAW resonator group that are connected to form a ladder structure. Each SAW resonator in the said first SAW resonator group has the same film thickness; each SAW resonator in the said second SAW resonator group has the same film thickness; the film thickness of each SAW resonator in the said first SAW resonator group is the same as or different from the film thickness of each SAW resonator in the said second SAW resonator group. The SAW filter according to the present invention can realize the pass-band non-parasitic mode response and is a high-performance ultra-wide band filter with a bandwidth of 6-20% of the center frequency and an insertion loss of less than 2 dB, and the present invention features small size, low cost and a broad application prospect in the field of military and civilian communications equipment.

Abstract: The present invention discloses methods and systems for detecting the health status of a bolt which fastens a rotor blade of a wind turbine. Values of the axial stress/strain of the bolt and motion and orientation data are acquired in different aerial orientations. Values of the prestress/strain and load-stress/strain are obtained using the values of the axial stress/strain and the motion and orientation data. Values of the prestress/strain and load-stress/strain are compared with the reference values. The health status of the bolt, rotor blade, and the wind turbine system is determined based on the comparison results. The method is noninvasive and doesn't affect the function and performance of the bolt and the turbine system.

Abstract: The present invention discloses methods and systems for detecting the tightness state of a bolt or nut under inspection. At least one sensor is mounted on the bolt or nut. At least another sensor is mounted on a structure where the bolt or nut is mounted. Data of motion and/or orientation is acquired. A first angle of the bolt or nut in a plane of rotation of the bolt or nut is calculated. The first angle is related to rotation of the bolt or nut. A second angle of the structure in the plane of rotation of the bolt or nut is calculated. The second angle is unrelated to rotation of the bolt or nut. The initial angle difference between the first and second angles is calculated when the bolt or nut is tight. A subsequent angle difference between the first and second angles is calculated during the inspection. Using the initial angle difference and the subsequent angle difference, the screwed-out angle of the bolt or nut is obtained.

Abstract: Described is a data integration technique and system for providing data in response to a request. The data integration system may overcome the limits of a fixed scheduling system by implementing a service dependency graph (SDG). In particular, the data integration system may represent the SDG as a directed acyclic graph (DAG). Accordingly, the system may leverage the nature of DAGs in order to derive an efficient topological ordering for calling one or more services. Thus, the data integration system may retrieve and compile data in an efficient and scalable manner.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a content item is received that was searched and identified based on a first set of one or more keywords determined based on a search query received from a client device over a network. A search is performed in an image store to identify a plurality of images based on the first set of keywords and a second set of one or more keywords associated with the content item. The images are ranked based on a user context obtained at a time when the search query was received. A composite content item is generated by incorporating an image selected from the ranked images with the content item, where the selected image is ranked above a predetermined threshold. The composite content item is transmitted to the client device over the network.

An image having image content is identified that is related to the content description based on the analysis. A composite content item having the image and the one or more phrases therein is generated based on a selected content style selected from the list of content styles. In one embodiment, a method for processing a substrate includes transferring the substrate into a chamber, performing a treating process on the substrate, and providing a purge gas into the chamber before or after the treating process to pump out a residue gas relative to the treating process from the chamber. The treating process includes distributing a reactant gas into the chamber through a gas distribution plate.

Abstract: Methods of processing substrates having metal layers are provided herein. In some embodiments, a method of processing a substrate comprising a metal layer having a patterned mask layer disposed above the metal layer, the method may include etching the metal layer through the patterned mask layer; and removing the patterned mask layer using a first plasma formed from a first process gas comprising oxygen (O2) and a carbohydrate. In some embodiments, a two step method with an additional second process gas comprising chlorine (Cl2) or a sulfur (S) containing gas, may provide an efficient way to remove patterned mask residue.
