Hanging thin wall plate

A hanging thin wall plate comprises a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates. When the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a backside of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel element. Thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building. No hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack. Thereby, the thickness of the decorating plate can be reduced. A thinner decorating plate can be used and thus the weight of the wall plate is reduced.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to wall plates, and particularly to a hanging thin wall plate.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Hanging thin wall plates are usually used in the outer surfaces of buildings. The hanging thin wall plates need stone materials with larger areas, for example, marble material, granite, tiles, pre-molding material or other decorating materials. Two prior arts for fixing stone material to a wall or a steel element are disclosed in Taiwan Patent No. 338348 (“Retainer for Stone Material”) and Taiwan Patent No. 343669 (“Retainer for Stone Wall”). In these prior arts, holes are formed on concrete stone materials for fixing retainers. However, the defects of these prior arts are: the stone materials must be drilled for forming holes and then being embedded with hole-enlarged screws, while this not only destroys the surface of the stone material, but also the stone will crack. Moreover, to enlarge hole needs precise technologies. Therefore, the cost for machining is high. Moreover, stone material must have trenches for fixing the retainer, and thus, the distances of the trenches must be measured precisely, otherwise the stone material can not be suitably matched with a retainer so that the working process becomes complicated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a hanging thin wall plate comprising a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates. When the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a back side of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel elements. Thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building.

[0004] In the present invention, no hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack. Thereby, the thickness of the decorating plate can be reduced. A thinner decorating plate can be used. Furthermore, the weight of the wall plate is reduced. The decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are tightly engaged by combining large contact areas. Force applied thereon is uniformly distributed. Moreover, the composite plates and the aluminum-extruding piece can be used as enhancing plates of the decorating plate. The aluminum-extruding piece can be drilled easily as requirement. Thereby, a wall plate is tightly engaged with another wall plate or a wall of a building. Comparing with a prior art wall plate, the present invention has a lower cost and precise drilling operation can be neglected and the speed of manufacturing can be increased. The material of the decorating plate is not confined. Various kinds of decorating plates can be used in the present invention. The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0017] Referring to FIG. 1, a perspective view of a wall plate of the present invention is illustrated. The wall plate 10 is mainly formed by an decorating plate 1, composite plates 2 and an aluminum-extruding piece 3 which are hung at a back side of the decorating plate 1. The two composite plates 2 clamp the aluminum-extruding piece 3. FIG. 2 shows the exploded perspective view of the present invention.

[0018] FIG. 3 is an assembled perspective view showing a part of the wall plate. FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of the wall plate of the present invention. The decorating plate 1 illustrated is a thin sheet stone and water-proof hard material (for example, marble material, granite, tiles, pre-molding material or other decorating materials). The composite plates 2 are formed by an inner PE plate 22 and two steel plates 21 or aluminum plates adhered on the front and rear sides of the PE plate 22. The aluminum-extruding piece 3 is formed by extruding aluminum material and has an H cross section. A top plate 31 is in contact with the surface of the decorating plate 1. A bottom plate is not in contact with the decorating plate 1. The width of the top plate 31 is smaller than that of the bottom plate 33. The top of the top plate 31 is a slide-proof surface 311. A middle auxiliary block between the top plate 31 and the bottom plate 33 has an inner hole 32. The gaps between the top plate 31 and the bottom plate 33 are utilized as inserted slots 34. Each composite plate 2 has an inserting plate 23 corresponding to the inserted slot 34. After the inserting plate 23 is engaged with the inserted slot 34, the composite plates 2 and the aluminum-extruding piece 3 are combined. After being assembled, the composite plates 2 and the aluminum-extruding piece 3 have the function of strengthening the decorating plate 1.

[0019] FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing that a hole is drilled in the aluminum-extruding piece. The back surface of the aluminum-extruding piece 3 is drilled with a plurality of through holes 35. Each through hole 35 is communicated with the inner hole 32 and can be embedded by a hole-enlarging screw 4 (referring to FIG. 6). Then a nut is used to lock the stud 42 of the hole enlarging screw 4 so that the claw-like block 41 at the front end of the hole enlarging screw 4 expands toward the inner hole 32 so as to be fixed therein. Moreover, a retainer (for example a hanging frame 5) can be fixed at the back surface of the aluminum-extruding piece 3.

[0020] Referring to FIG. 7, the wall plate 10 having a hanging frame 5 is placed on an outer side of a building and is screwed with a retainer (for example, a L shape plate) of a C shape steel beam 6 (or an aluminum alloy beam) through a stud 62 and a nut 63 so that the wall plate 10 is fixed to the C shape steel beam 6.

[0021] With reference to FIG. 8, an exploded view showing another aluminum-extruding piece of the present invention is illustrated. It is illustrated that the bottom plate 33 of the aluminum-extruding piece 3 has an opened trench 36 for being screwed by a screw 8. The upper and lower sides of the aluminum-extruding piece 3 are formed with fixing trenches 37. Besides, an auxiliary plate 7 is further installed at a backside of the aluminum-extruding piece 3. The upper and lower sides of this auxiliary plate 7 have buckling hooks 71 which can be buckled with the fixing trenches 37 so that the auxiliary plate 7 will not separate from the aluminum-extruding piece 3. Furthermore, a plurality of small screws 72 pass through the auxiliary plate 7 to enter into the aluminum-extruding piece 3 so that the auxiliary plate 7 and the aluminum-extruding piece 3 are combined (referring to FIG. 9). Besides, a center of the auxiliary plate 7 has a positioning hole 74. A buckling screw 81 screwing into the opened trench 36 may pass through the positioning hole 74. After the buckling screw 8 is buckled with the hanging frame 5 and a nut 8, screwing the nut 8 will fix the hanging frame 5.

[0022] Referring to FIG. 10, an exploded view of another aluminum-extruding piece of the present invention is illustrated. It is illustrated that other than the inner hole 32, the center of the aluminum-extruding piece 3 has a middle trench 38 which can be drilled with a plurality of threaded holes 39. A stud 44 with a washer 45 can be screwed into the threaded hole 39 for fixing the hanging frame 5 to the back side of the aluminum-extruding piece 3.

[0023] With reference to FIG. 12, an application of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the wall plate 10 is a pre-molding plate 9. The present invention can be designed to match the requirement. Therefore, a wall plate is tightly combined with another wall plate or a wall of a building.

[0024] The present invention has the following effect:

[0025] 1. No hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack.

[0026] 2. The thickness of the decorating plate is reduced. A thinner decorating plate is used and thus the weight of the wall plate is decreased so as to save the natural source.

[0027] 3. The decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are tightly engaged and have large contact areas. Force applied thereon is uniformly distributed. Moreover, the composite plates and the aluminum-extruding piece can be used as enhancing plates of the decorating plate.

[0028] 4. The aluminum-extruding piece can be drilled easily for requirement. Thereby, a wall plate is tightly engaged with another wall plate or a wall of a building.

[0029] 5. Comparing with prior art wall plates, the present invention has a lower cost and precise drilling operation can be neglected and the speed of manufacturing can be increased.

[0030] 6. The material of the decorating plate is not confined. Various kinds of decorating plates can be used in the present invention.

[0031] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
