FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to cleaning devices, in particular to an electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device, wherein dusts or dirt on the clothes, chairs, or floors can be accumulated effectively and then a roller is used to adhere these dusts or dirt by static electrons from rubbing. Meanwhile, the dirt or dust can be accumulated to a gap between the roller and a semi-round cover for being further accumulated to a box. Thereby in the present invention, by pulling a pull rod of a driving element, the operation of the present invention can be performed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the current life, some people like to breed pets, such as dogs, or cats. Furthermore, some harmful objects, such as chemical particles or floating particles in the air, will pollute the living environments so as to affect the health of human body. However these dusts and dirt are easily accumulate on chairs, tables, beds, floors, clothes, etc. Thus, they are necessary to be removed. In the prior art, brushes are used to remove the dusts and dirt. The brushes only remove the dusts and dirt, but it can not accumulate them. Thereby the brushes remove the dusts and dirt to other sides, such as from chairs to floors and thus they are not really removed.

In one prior art, a feather brush is used to clean the dusts and dirt. However the feathers easy adhere the dusts and dirt, but the feathers can not be washed. Thus, when it is used for a long time, the brush will be deserted. In another prior art, a sticky glue tape is used to remove the hairs, but the hairs on the tape can not be removed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device, wherein dusts or dirt on the clothes, chairs, or floors can be accumulated effectively and then a roller is used to adhere these dusts or dirt by static electrons from rubbing. Meanwhile, the dirt or dusts can be accumulated to a gap between the roller and a semi-round cover for being further accumulated to a box. Thereby in the present invention, by pulling a pull rod of a driving element, the operation of the present invention can be performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements

A handle 10 is pivotally installed to the driving element 20.

A driving element 20 is a hollow rectangular box body 21. The handle 10 is installed to a first lateral side of the box body 21 of the driving element 20. A second lateral side of the box body 21 has a slot 26. A pull rod 25 is slidable in the slot 26. An interior of the box body 21 is installed with a unidirectional gear 24.

A driving belt 23 winds around the unidirectional gear 24. One end of the driving belt 23 is connected to one end of a spring 22 and another end of the driving belt 23 is connected to the pull rod 25. Another end of the spring 22 is connected to one end of a metal buffer 27 and another end of the metal buffer 27 is connected to an inner wall of the slot 26 by using a screw.

A spindle 251 of the unidirectional gear 24 is rotatably installed to a driving belt 23. The pulling force of the pull rod 25 will drive the driving belt 23 to further drive the unidirectional gear 24 so that the unidirectional gear 24 rotates counterclockwise.

A cleaning unit 30 includes a cylinder roller 31, a friction pad 32, a knife 33 and a semi-round cover 34. A second spindle 311 of the roller 31 is assembled to a third lateral side of the box body 21 of the driving element 20. The second spindle 311 is further assembled to a center of the unidirectional gear 24 of the driving element 20 so that when the unidirectional gear 24 rotates, the roller 31 is driven to rotate unidirectionally. The friction pad 32 and knife 33 are fixed to the third lateral side of the box body 21. A backside of the knife 33 is assembled to one side of the friction pad 32. The combination of the knife 33 and the friction pad 32 is formed with a groove 331. Another side of the friction pad 32 is assembled to a surface of the roller 31. When the roller 31 rotates, it will rub the surface of the friction pad 32 so that the surface of the roller 31 will generate static electrons. One lateral side of the semi-round cover 34 is formed with a third spindle 341 which is pivotally installed to an outer side of the box body 21 of the driving element 20. Another side of the semi-round cover 34 is connected to a groove 331. Thereby the accumulate dusts can be assembled to the gap between the semi-round cover 34 and the roller 31. If it is desired to remove the accumulate dusts, the semi-round cover 34 rotates along the third spindle 341 clockwise so that the semi-round cover 34 leaves from the groove 331 between the friction pad 32 and the knife 33, as shown in FIG. 5.

In this embodiment, a material of the surface of the roller 31 is plastics, such as PVC. The friction pad 32 is made of leather material, may be natural or manmade leathers. The material of the knife 33 is rubber.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, the knife 33 serves to remove the hairs or dusts on an object to be cleaned. Then the pull rod 25 of the driving element 20 is pulled so as to drive the driving belt 23 to drive the unidirectional gear 24 and the roller 31. In the process, the roller 31 rubs the friction pad 32 so that the surface of the roller 31 generates static electrons for absorbing dusts. Since the unidirectional gear 24 only rotates unidirectionally, the dusts on the surface of the roller 31 will accumulate in the gap between the semi-round cover 34 of the cleaning unit 30 and the roller 31.

The present invention not only achieves the object of reusing. When removing the dusts or dirt, it is only necessary to open the semi-round cover 34 of the cleaning unit 30.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
