DISPOSABLE FEMININE MICTURATING DEVICE

This invention refers to a disposable feminine micturating device that allows women to micturate standing up without having to sit on the toilet. The device is anatomic, flexible and ergonomic, consequently it adapts to the anatomy of the user and includes a main body which because of its size can be carried in the purse and which adapts to the woman's vagina. The device must be used standing up, and it has a handle and a pelvic stop and an anal stop. The device includes a flange on the edge of the main body onto which the second disposable part is attached by the elastic area. The second part is shaped like a funnel, being the urine conduit, that empties into the toilet or a container to which it has been attached using the adhesive included in the straight part of the conduit.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention is related to the pharmaceutical industry, more specifically to the personal hygiene industry that introduces a device to be used specially by women with which they can use public bathrooms without making direct contact with the toilet, that allows women to use toilets standing up, and that helps those who have difficulties sitting down, such as pregnant or disabled women, women recovering from an operation, and older women among others or any other women who would rather not sit on the toilet because of hygiene.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.

It is known that at present women generally micturate sitting on toilets, and this can be interpreted as an uncomfortable posture in addition to being unsafe due to the lack of hygiene in public bathrooms. Those situations sometimes may generate certain severe genital diseases. This circumstance forces many women not to drink liquids so that they do not have to use public bathrooms. Such a practice that may lead to damaging their health.

There are some products in the market that avoid the use of the toilet. For example, there is a French product made of paper and shaped like a pyramid.

Consequently, this invention has been developed to fulfill and face the inconveniences women deal with when they have to micturate and do not want to use public bathrooms, or when they cannot sit on the toilet due to a certain illness. This invention allows them to use said facilities without running the risk of getting diseases, and because of its functionality, the invention allows them to micturate standing up without problems.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is to introduce a disposable feminine device that allows women to micturate standing up in public bathrooms without making direct contact with the toilet.

This invention refers to a disposable feminine micturating device that allows women to micturate standing up without having to sit on the toilet. The device is anatomic, flexible and ergonomic, consequently it adapts to the anatomy of the user and it consists of a main body which because of its size can be carried in the purse and which adapts to the woman's vagina. The device must be used standing up and it has a handle and a pelvic stop and an anal stop. The device includes a flange on the edge of the main body onto which the second disposable part is attached by means of the elastic area. The second part is shaped like a funnel, the urine conduit, that empties into the toilet or a container to which it has been attached using the adhesive included in the straight part of said conduit.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows a front view of the top of the main body of the device in which its anatomical shape adapts to the user's body.

FIG. 2 is a lateral view of the main body of the device.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the lower part of the main body where the opening for the urine flow and the handle are seen.

FIG. 4 is another front view of the second part of the device, showing the disposable part with an elastic part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In general, the disposable feminine micturating device consists of two main parts, one that constitutes the main body consisting of an anatomical, ergonomic and flexible structure that adapts to the user's body and weight. This structure has two stops, anal stop and a pelvic stop. The pelvic stop has a long opening in the middle to lead the flow of the urine and an anatomic handle on the end of the pelvic stop. This structure can be manufactured in polyurethane with an inside plate to provide the flexibility and the strength required. Other materials can also be molded to achieve the specific shape.

This device is placed between the legs without having to sit on the toilet and due to its characteristics and to its design it can be carried in the purse without any difficulty. In addition, this device has a flange around the edge to hold the second part of the device that is a plastic conduit shaped like a funnel that empties the urine flow into the toilet or into any other container. On the top of said funnel, its widest part, there is an elastic area that adapts itself to the main body of the device on the flange. It also has three adhesive areas that can be fixed to the toilet.

or to the container and thus it woks as a urine conduit that can be disposed of after it is used.

To better understand this invention the drawings, illustrating but not limiting, attached hereto are described below.

FIG. 1 shows a front view of the top of the main body of the device in which its anatomical shape adapts to the user's body can be seen. FIG. 1 shows an anal stop (2), a pelvic stop (3), an anatomic handle (4), a flange (5) that holds the plastic conduit, and an opening (6) for the urine flow. FIG. 2 is a lateral view of the main body of the device, showing the handle (4) at the back of the anal stop (2) and on the front of the pelvic stop (3) and the flange (5) where the other part of the disposable, plastic device works as the urine conduit that empties into the toilet or the container. FIG. 3 shows the lower part of the main body where the opening (6) for the urine flow and the handle (4) are seen. FIG. 4 is the second part of the device, a disposable part that has an elastic part (1) with which it is held to the main body of the device on the flange, having a urine conduit shaped like a funnel that runs down. At the bottom, the conduit ends on the toilet or on any container and that includes three adhesive parts that adapt to the user's needs and which are used to fix it on the container or on the toilet.

This invention has been sufficiently described so that any person having the required knowledge on this subject can reproduce it and obtain the results mentioned herein. Yet, any skilled person in the technological area where this invention is included can make any modifications that are not described in this application. In order to make said modifications on a certain structure or in the manufacturing process of said device the matter claimed in the following claims must be included within the scope of the invention.
