Heat Exchanger

A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange tubes inserted into a cleaning device. The cleaning device has the effect of movably scraping the dirt or dust accumulated in an outer side of each heat exchange tube, and a watering device is provided for spraying water to lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes and to clean the heat exchange tubes. The cleaning device cooperates with the watering device to scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, clean and lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes, so as to prevent the dirt or dust from being accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, improve the radiating effect of the heat exchange tubes and save the energy.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger, and more particularly to a heat exchanger which can improve the efficiency of heat transmission.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Currently, heat exchangers are widely used in different kinds of apparatuses or systems, such as automotive industry apparatus, ordinary air conditioners or cooling systems, and are divided into water-cooled heat exchanger and air-cooled heat exchanger. The common water-cooled heat exchanger, such as shell and tube heat exchanger and coil heat exchanger. However, dirt or dust is likely to be accumulated in such heat exchangers after a long period of use, as a result, the efficiency of heat transmission is reduced, the energy is reduced largely and the cost is increased. Therefore, the author of this present invention has invented a heat exchanger with a cleaning device.

The heat exchanger with a cleaning device described in TW Pat. serial number 095208891 comprises a heat exchanger assembly and a cleaning device. The heat exchange assembly comprises a plurality of parallel exchange tubes. Both ends of each exchange tube are disposed at a front positioning board and a rear positioning board of the cleaning device, respectively. A moving board disposed between the front and rear positioning boards is movably disposed at the exchange tubes. The moving board is disposed with a plurality of brushes received in receiving holes defined in the moving board and a driving assembly for driving the moving board to move with respect to the exchange tubes. Such structures can prevent the dirt or dust from being accumulated in the exchange tubes, thus improving the efficiency of the heat exchanger and saving the energy. However, the structure of such a brush is complex and the heat energy produced by such a heat exchanger is increased. Thereby, a new heat exchanger which can simplify the structure of the cleaning device, improve the efficiency of heat radiation and save the energy is developed.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange tubes inserted into a cleaning device. The cleaning device has the effect of movably scraping the dirt or dust accumulated in an outer side of each heat exchange tube, and a watering device is provided for spraying water to lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes and to clean the heat exchange tubes. The cleaning device cooperates with the watering device to scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, clean and lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes, so as to prevent the dirt or dust from being accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, to improve the radiating effect of the heat exchange tubes and save the energy and to prolong the life of the apparatus.

To achieve the objective of the present invention, the heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange tubes inserted into a cleaning device having a moving board, at least two blocking boards and a plurality of scraping members. The moving board is defined with a plurality of penetrated receiving holes for receiving the scraping members. The blocking boards are fixed to both sides of the moving board and are provided for restricting the scraping members. In a center of each scraping member is defined a through hole for insertion of the heat exchange tube. Each blocking board is defined with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the receiving holes of the moving board, and a diameter of the through holes is smaller than that of the receiving holes. An upper portion of the heat exchange tubes is disposed with a watering device having an inlet pipe parallel to the heat exchange tubes. The inlet pipe is vertically disposed with a plurality of watering pipes towards the heat exchange tubes. A reserve U-shaped blocking cover wraps a periphery of each watering pipe, and an opening of the blocking cover is faced to the heat exchange tubes. Each watering pipe is defined with a plurality of spraying holes adjacent to both sides of the blocking cover.

Since the moving board of the cleaning device moves on the heat exchange tubes, the scraping members of the cleaning device scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, and the watering pipes of the spraying device are provided for spraying water, the heat exchange tubes can be cleaned and the heat of the heat exchange tubes can be radiated simultaneously, so as to prevent the dirt or dust from being accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, thus improving the radiating effect of the heat exchange tubes, saving the energy and prolonging the life of the apparatus.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1-3, a heat exchanger in accordance with the present invention is a heat exchange device 10 which comprises a laminated front positioning board 11, a laminated rear positioning board 12 and a plurality of parallel heat exchange tubes 13. The front positioning board 11 and the rear positioning board 12 are provided for insertion of both ends of each heat exchange tube 13, and the heat exchange tubes 13 are inserted into a cleaning device 20.

Referring to FIGS. 2-4, the cleaning device 20 comprises a laminated moving board 21, a plurality of circular-shaped scraping members 22 and at least two rectangular-shaped blocking boards 23. The moving board 21 is defined with a plurality of penetrated receiving holes 210 for receiving the scraping members 22. In a center of each scraping member 22 is defined a through hole 220 for insertion of the heat exchange tube 13. The blocking boards 23 are fixed to both sides of the moving board 21 and are provided for restricting the scraping members 22. Each blocking board 23 is defined with a plurality of through holes 230 corresponding to the receiving holes 210 of the moving board 21, and a diameter of the through holes 230 is smaller than that of the receiving holes 210.

Referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 5, an upper portion of the heat exchange tubes 13 is disposed with a watering device 30 having a circular-shaped inlet pipe 31 parallel to the heat exchange tubes 13. The inlet pipe 31 is vertically disposed with a plurality of circular-shaped watering pipes 32 towards the heat exchange tubes 13. A reserve U-shaped blocking cover 33 wraps a periphery of each watering pipe 32, and an opening of the blocking cover 33 is faced to the heat exchange tubes 13. Each watering pipe 32 is defined with a plurality of spraying holes 320 adjacent to both sides of the blocking cover 33, and an end of each watering pipe 32 is disposed with a water-stop cover 34.

Referring to FIG. 1, the moving board 21 of the cleaning device 20 is driven by a driving assembly 40. The driving assembly 40 is disposed at the rear positioning board 12 and is provided with a motor device 41 and a sprocket assembly 42. The motor device 41 rotates the sprocket assembly 42. The sprocket assembly 42 comprises a gear 420 for driving the moving board 21, a plurality of pulleys 421 and a plurality of chains 422. The above-mentioned driving assembly 40 is of conventional techniques and will not be described in detail.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, when in use, when the scraping members 22 of the cleaning device 20 moves on the moving board 21, the scraping members 22 will scrape the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes 13 simultaneously. At the same time, the water enters into the inlet pipe 31 and flows to each watering pipe 32, and then the water is sprayed out from the spraying holes 320 of each watering pipe 32. The sprayed water will be refracted on both sides of each blocking cover 33 and will be sprayed from the openings of the reverse U-shaped blocking cover 33 to the heat exchange tubes 13, so as to clean and to radiate the heat of the heat exchange tubes 13.

Since the moving board 21 of the cleaning device 20 moves on the heat exchange tubes 13, the scraping members 22 of the cleaning device 20 scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes 13, and the spraying holes 320 of each watering pipe 32 of the spraying device 30 are provided for spraying water, the heat exchange tubes 13 can be cleaned and the heat of the heat exchange tubes 13 can be radiated simultaneously. Thereby, the efficiency of the heat exchange tubes 13 can be improved, the energy can be saved, and the life of the devices using the heat exchange tubes 13 can be prolonged.

With the above-mentioned structures, the present invention has the advantages described as follows:

Firstly, cleaning and heat radiation effects: since the moving board 21 of the cleaning device 20 moves the heat exchange tubes 13, the scraping members 22 of the cleaning device 20 scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes 13, and the spraying holes 320 of each watering pipe 32 of the spraying device 30 are provided for spraying water, the heat exchange tubes 13 can be cleaned and the heat of the heat exchange tubes 13 can be radiated simultaneously.

Secondly, improving the efficiency: since the spraying holes 320 of each watering pipe 32 of the spraying device 30 are provided for spraying water, the heat exchange tubes 13 can be cleaned and the heat of the heat exchange tubes 13 can be radiated simultaneously at the time of scraping the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes 13, thus improving the efficiency of the heat exchange tubes 13 and saving the energy.

Thirdly, the application of multi-variety of industry: since the spraying holes 320 of each watering pipe 32 of the spraying device 30 are provided for spraying water, the heat exchange tubes 13 can be cleaned and the heat of the heat exchange tubes 13 can be radiated simultaneously at the time of scraping the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes 13, thus improving and stabilizing the efficiency of the peripheral products (such as apparatus and air conditioner) used in the heat exchange tubes 13, and prolonging the life of the apparatus of using the heat exchange tubes 13.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A heat exchanger, comprising:

a plurality of parallel heat exchange tubes;
a cleaning device for insertion of and moving the heat exchange tubes, the cleaning device having a moving board, a plurality of scraping members and at least two blocking boards, the moving board being defined with a plurality of penetrated receiving holes for receiving the scraping members and insertion of the heat exchange tube, the blocking boards being fixed to both sides of the moving board, each blocking board being defined with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the receiving holes of the moving board, and a diameter of the through holes of each blocking board being smaller than that of the receiving holes of the moving board, such that the scraping members being restricted by the blocking boards.

2. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein in a center of each scraping member is defined a through hole for insertion of the heat exchange tube.

3. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein both ends of each heat exchange tube are inserted into a front positioning board and a rear positioning board, respectively.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper portion of the heat exchange tubes is disposed with a watering device having an inlet pipe, the inlet pipe is connected to a plurality of watering pipes, a blocking cover wraps a periphery of each watering pipe and is defined with an opening faced to the heat exchange tubes, and each watering pipe is defined with a plurality of spraying holes.

5. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inlet pipe of the watering device is parallel to the heat exchange tubes, the watering pipes connected to the inlet pipe are vertical to the heat exchange tubes, and an end of each watering pipe is disposed with a water-stop cover.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moving board of the cleaning device is driven by a driving assembly, the driving assembly is disposed at a rear positioning board and is provided with a motor device and a sprocket assembly, the motor device rotates the sprocket assembly, the sprocket assembly comprises a gear for driving the moving board, a plurality of chains and a plurality of pulleys.

7. A heat exchanger, comprising:

a plurality of parallel heat exchange tubes, both ends of each exchange tube being disposed at a front positioning board and a rear positioning board, respectively;
a watering device being disposed at an upper portion of the heat exchange tubes and having an inlet pipe parallel to the heat exchange tubes, the inlet pipe being vertically disposed with a plurality of watering pipes towards the heat exchange tubes, a reserve U-shaped blocking cover wrapping a periphery of each watering pipe, an opening of the reserve U-shaped blocking cover being faced to the heat exchange tubes, each watering pipe being defined with a plurality of spraying holes adjacent to both sides of the blocking cover, and an end of each watering pipe being disposed with a water-stop cover.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 7, wherein the heat exchange tubes are inserted into a cleaning device, the cleaning device moves on the heat exchange tubes and comprises a moving board and a plurality of scraping members, the moving board is defined with a plurality of receiving holes for receiving the scraping members.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 8, wherein in a center of each scraping member is defined a through hole for insertion of the heat exchange tube, blocking boards are fixed to both sides of the moving board and are provided for restricting the scraping members, each blocking board is defined with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the receiving holes of the moving board, and a diameter of the through holes of each blocking board is smaller than that of the receiving holes of the moving board.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 8, wherein the moving board of the cleaning device is driven by a driving assembly, the driving assembly is disposed at a rear positioning board and is provided with a motor device and a sprocket assembly, the motor device rotates the sprocket assembly, the sprocket assembly comprises a gear for driving the moving board, a plurality of chains and a plurality of pulleys.

11. A heat exchanger, comprising:

a plurality of parallel heat exchange tubes, both ends of each exchange tube being disposed at a front positioning board and a rear positioning board, respectively;
a cleaning device for insertion of the heat exchanger having a moving board, a plurality of scraping members and at least two blocking boards, the moving board being defined with a plurality of penetrated receiving holes for receiving the scraping members, in a center of each scraping member is defined a through hole for insertion of the heat exchange tube, the blocking boards being fixed to both sides of the moving board, each blocking board being defined with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the receiving holes of the moving board, a diameter of the through holes of each blocking board being smaller than that of the receiving holes of the moving board, such that the scraping members being restricted by the blocking boards;
a watering device being disposed at an upper portion of the heat exchange tubes and having an inlet pipe parallel to the heat exchange tubes, the inlet pipe being vertically disposed with a plurality of watering pipes towards the heat exchange tubes, a reserve U-shaped blocking cover wrapping a periphery of each watering pipe, an opening of the reserve U-shaped blocking cover being faced to the heat exchange tubes, each watering pipe being defined with a plurality of spraying holes adjacent to both sides of the blocking cover, and an end of each watering pipe being disposed with a water-stop cover.

12. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 11, wherein the moving board of the cleaning device is driven by a driving assembly, the driving assembly is disposed at a rear positioning board and is provided with a motor device and a sprocket assembly, the motor device rotates the sprocket assembly, the sprocket assembly comprises a gear for driving the moving board, a plurality of chains and a plurality of pulleys.
