Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a display box, and more particularly to a display box for tools being durable and having an easily changeable cover.

2. Description of the Related Art

Portable tool boxes have long been used to store tools, enabling convenient for carry and retrieval of tools from the tool box. Tool boxes may also be used to merchandise sets of tools. A desirable attribute of such tool boxes is that they are capable of displaying the tool set, so that a prospective customer can see the tools held by the box. Therefore, display boxes were developed to ensure tools are well displayed and a tool box for the corresponding tool packed into the display box.

Further, most potable tool boxes are made by plastic material, and the volume of the tool boxes are often large for storing tools. Therefore, to carry the tool boxes are not convenient.

With reference to FIG. 8, a conventional tool box (50) typically comprises a storage area with a casing. The storage area may have a number of recesses for tool storage. These recesses correspond to a shape of a tool to be stored therein. To use the tools, the tool box is opened to check the type of the tools. Such way for using the tool box is inconvenient if a desired tool has been forgotten, or for person's having multiple tool boxes, when looking for a specific tool. Furthermore, the cost for producing the potable tool box (50) is high, but the life span for the potable tool box (50) is not long.

Moreover, the display box is often made of cardboard (60) or thin plastic material (such as PET), and may deform or break upon impact. Once the display box is deformed or broken the tool inside has lower retail value, even though the tool remains undamaged. Furthermore, the display box is not strong enough to be used as a tool box after sale.

Thus, a real need exists for a durable display box with a changeable cover.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a durable display box with a changeable cover.
