Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a headwear in which some panels of a visor part are adhered and sewed to each other and thus a wrinkle resulted from conventional simple sewing is prevented and an aesthetic sense is more increased.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, widely used headwear is a cap style headwear and is constituted with a crown a crown part as a main part of the headwear which is put on a user's head, a visor part attached to a front lower part of the crown part to protect a user's face from a sunlight, a size adjusting part attached to a rear bottom portion of the crown part to adjust a size of the headwear to a size of the user's head and a headband attached to an inner peripheral bottom portion of the crown part to absorb sweat on the user's head. The headwear has become personal goods widely used not only by athletes but also by people of all ages and both sexes and is been used by young people as a means of fashion. The crown part, the visor part, the size adjusting part and the headband constituting the headwear are attached with one another by sewing, and panels having various shapes are coupled to form the crown part and the visor part according to the user's intention, thereby capable of exhibiting fashion of the headwear.

However, when coupling the panels to one another by sewing, there occur problems that a wrinkle may be generated on the panels and a portion coupled by the sewing is not smooth.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an aspect of the present invention to provide a headwear which can prevent a wrinkle between panels of the headwear generated by conventional sewing.

It is another aspect of the present invention to provide a headwear which allows the panels of the headwear to be coupled in various shapes and thus increase an aesthetic sense of the headwear.

The foregoing and/or other aspects of the present invention can be achieved by providing a headwear which includes a crown part which is a main body of the headwear and made of a plurality of panels; and a visor part attached to lower front part of the crown part, wherein at least one panel of the panels of the crown part is fabricated so that two panels are overlappedly coupled and an adhesive sheet is inserted between the two overlapped panels to adhere the two panels, and an outer panel of the two panels is cut out in a shape according to user's intention and an inner panel is seen through the cut-out portion, and a sewing line is formed along a periphery of the cut-out portion of the outer panel.

As described above, the headwear according to the present invention is fabricated by adhering panels to each other with the adhesive sheet and sewing periphery of the adhered panels and thus had advantages that the wrinkle on coupled panels, which is frequently generated in conventional sewing, is not exhibited and an aesthetic sense is increased as the shape of the panels may be formed according to a user's intention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The above and/or other aspects and advantages of the prevent invention will become apparent and more readily appreciated from the following description of the exemplary embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompany drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line A-A of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is an exploded view illustrating an upper portion of a visor part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATIVE, NON-LIMITING EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below so as to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line A-A of FIG. 1; and FIG. 3 is an exploded view illustrating an upper portion of a visor part. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention is constituted with a crown part 1 made of a plurality of panels and a visor part 2 attached to a front lower part of the crown part 1, and left and right side panels of the crown part and the visor part are coupled by adhesion and sewing, respectively. The left and right side panels are respectively made by overlapping two panels and an adhesive sheet is inserted between the two panels to adhere the two panels. An outer panel of the two panels has some portion cut out according to user's intention so that an inner panel of the two overlapped panels is seen through the cut-out portion. The outer panel may be cut out according to the user's intention and the outer panel and the inner panel have different color, thereby capable of increasing more aesthetic sense of the headwear. Sewing is performed along periphery of the cut-out portion of the outer panel to form a sewing line. As such, since the two panels are adhered to each other by the adhesive sheet and the adhesive panels are sewed, a wrinkle which is frequently generated in conventional headwears is not exhibited. The visor part is made in the same manner as the left and right side panels of the crown part. An upper panel of the visor part is made by overlapping two panels and an adhesive sheet is inserted between the two panels to adhere the two panels. An outer panel of the two panels placed on upper portion of the visor part has some portion cut out according to user's intention so that an inner panel of the two overlapped panels is seen through the cut-out portion. The outer panel may be cut out according to the user's intention and the outer panel and the inner panel have different color, thereby capable of increasing more aesthetic sense of the headwear. Sewing is performed along periphery of the cut-out portion of the outer panel to form a sewing line.

Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
