DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

With referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the animal back assembly for bearing a doll about the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A first back sheet 1 has an approximately symmetrical shape for bearing a doll thereon. An upper surface of the first back sheet 1 has a first upper combining portion 10 for combining with a doll (referring to FIG. 1). The first back sheet 1 has a tie ring 11 for being combined with a rope.

Each of two rear ends of the first back sheet 1 is extended with a rear connecting unit 12 and each of two front ends of the first back sheet 1 is extended with a front strap 2. A distal end of each front strap 2 has a front connecting unit 13. Each rear connecting unit 12 is combinable with a respective one of the two front straps 13 so as to form as a ring to enclose a section from a back through one leg of the animal adhering the back assembly of the present invention (referring to FIG. 2).

Each of the rear connecting units 12 is a buckle and each of the front straps 13 is a buckle corresponding to the buckle of the rear connecting unit 12, for example if the rear connecting unit 12 is a male buckle, then the front strap 13 is a female buckle.

A doll 3 has a lower combining portion 30 at a lower side thereof. The lower combining portion 30 is combinable to the first upper combining portion 10 of the first back sheet 1 so that the doll is adhered upon the first back sheet 1.

In one application, the lower combining portion 30 of the doll may be seamed to the first upper combining portion 10 so that the first upper combining portion 10 is seamed to the lower combining portion 30.

A neck ring 4 is formed at a font side of the first back sheet 1. The neck ring 4 includes two connecting portions 42, 44 which are combinable to one another. The neck ring 4 is installed with an adjusting strap 401 (referring to FIG. 2) for adjusting a length of the neck ring 4.

The two connecting portions 42, 44 are buckles, for example one is a male buckle and another one is a female buckle.

Referring to FIG. 3, the use of the present invention is illustrated, in that the first back sheet 1 covers upon a back of an animal. The front strap 2 encloses through the font leg of a dog so that the front connecting unit 13 is buckled to the rear connecting unit 12. Thus the first back sheet 1 is adhered to the back of the animal tightly. When the animal goes outside, it will attract the attention of other people. A rope can be tied to the tie ting 11.

Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, those identical to the above embodiment will not be further described herein. Only those different from above embodiment are described.

In this the present invention, a first belly strap 5 is added to the rear side of the first belly strap 5. The first belly strap 5 can encloses through the belly of the animal so as to tie the first back sheet 1 to the animal. The first belly strap 5 includes two connecting units 51, 52 which are combinable, for example one of the connecting units 51, 52 is a male buckle and another one is a female buckle. The first belly strap 5 also includes an adjusting ring 501 for adjusting a length of the first belly strap 5.

With referring to FIG. 6, the use of the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In use, the first belly strap 5 encloses about the belly of the animal so that when the first back sheet 1 is adhered upon the back of the animal and when the animal jumps or runs, the first back sheet 1 can tightly retain to the animal without great vibration.

Referring to FIGS. 7(A) to 9(B), it is illustrated that there are many ways for adhering the doll 3 to the first back sheet 1, for example by using Velcros, buttons, buckles, etc. All these are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 10(A) to 10(C), it is illustrated that there are many ways for combining the front connecting unit 13 to the rear connecting unit 12, the combination of the connecting units 42, 44 of the neck ring 4 and the combination of the first belly strap 5, for example by using Velcros, buttons, buckles, etc. All these are within the scope of the present invention.

With reference to FIG. 11, a second back sheet 101 is included in the present invention. An upper side of the second back sheet 101 is formed with a second upper combining portion 102 and a combining strip 109. The second upper combining portion 102 serves to combine with another doll. The combining strip 109 of the second back sheet 101 serves to combine with a combining strip 90 of the first back sheet 1 (see FIG. 1). A rear side of the second back sheet 101 is installed with a second belly strap 6. The second belly strap 6 includes two connecting units 62, 64 which are combinable, for example one of the connecting units 62, 64 is a male buckle and another one is a female buckle. The second belly strap 6 also includes an adjusting ring 601 for adjusting a length of the second belly strap 6.

With reference to FIG. 12, it is illustrated that the second back sheet 101 is added to the rear side of the first back sheet 101 and another doll 300 is combined to the upper side of the second back sheet 101. Therefore, it is illustrated that two pets are placed upon the animal (a dog), which is interest and attractive to people. The combining strips of the first and second back sheets are selected from one of Velcros, zippers, buttons, and press buckles.

Advantage of the present invention is that the back assembly of the present invention will increase the interesting for breading animals. Furthermore, the animal can keep attention of other peoples.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
