An anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap includes a band body, and two anti-slip fabric tapes formed on the band body, wherein each of the anti-slip fabric tapes is wave-like ups and downs, and concavo-convex. The band body is strip-like, and has two first sides and two second sides, wherein a length of each of the first sides is larger than that of each of the second sides. The two anti-slip fabric tapes are spacedly aligned with each other at a direction of each of the first sides, a distance between one of the two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side is equal to a distance between the other of the two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, in such a manner that the anti-slip elastic sweatband has a better anti-slip effect. Accordingly, even if the head does strenuous exercises, the cap will not easy to slide.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a sweatband, and more particularly to an anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap.

2. Description of Related Arts

In everyday life, people like wearing a variety of caps in order to achieve modification of the appearance. Furthermore, in summer, the cap has a shading effect. Currently, there are all kinds of caps on the market, almost every cap is provided with a sweatband for absorbing sweat produced by the body to maintain comfort while capping. Traditional sweatband for cap is sewed inside the bottom of the cap crown, and the structure of the traditional sweatband is relatively simple, basically formed by simply processing the ordinary cotton with 3 to 5 mm of foam and ordinary low-cost tympan sheet. Although the application scope is wide, the function of traditional sweatband is monotonous, does not have the anti-slip function. Therefore, the traditional sweatband directly contacting with the human head leads easily to the sliding of cap, so that the comfort of capping is affected. In particular, in summer or hot weather, travel, climbing mountain, sport, etc, will make the body temperature of people increases. Accordingly, people will sweat, especially while capping. As a result, the cap is easy to slide, thus affecting the effect of capping.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, which is capable of preventing the sliding of cap.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, which allows the cap to fit closely around the human head.

Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides an anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, comprising:

a band body, being strip-like and having two first sides and two second sides, wherein a length of each of the two first sides is larger than that of each of the two second sides; and

two anti-slip fabric tapes formed on the band body, each of the two anti-slip fabric tapes being wave-like ups and downs, and concavo-convex, wherein the two anti-slip fabric tapes are spacedly aligned with each other at a direction of each of the two first sides, a distance between one of the two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side is equal to a distance between the other of the two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, in such a manner that the anti-slip elastic sweatband has a better anti-slip effect and fits closely around a head.

These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. FIG. 1 shows the anti-slip elastic sweatband in combination with a cap (i.e. a baseball cap). The anti-slip elastic sweatband 1 comprises a band body 10, and two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 formed on the band body 10, wherein each of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 is wave-like ups and downs, and is concavo-convex.

The band body 10 is strip-like, and has two first sides 11 and two second sides 12, wherein a length of each of the two first sides 11 is larger than that of each of the two second sides 12. The band body 10 is made of common material that used in the traditional sweatband.

The two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 are spacedly aligned with each other at a direction of each of the two first sides 11, a distance between one of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 and an adjacent first side is equal to a distance between the other of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 and another adjacent first side, in such a manner that the anti-slip elastic sweatband has a better anti-slip effect and fits closely around the human head.

The two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 are formed to be wave-like ups and downs, and concavo-convex on the band body 10 by the production process. The two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 are capable of allowing the cap to fit closely around the human head. Accordingly, if the head does strenuous exercises, and even the head sweats, the cap will not easy to slide, thereby maintaining the comfort of capping.

Furthermore, each of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 is made up of a layer of latex yarn and a layer of polyester wrapped on the layer of latex yarn.

It is worth to mention that the band body 10 has a predetermined elasticity to fit around different heads.

Furthermore, a length of each of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 is equal to that of each of the two first sides 11.

Furthermore, the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 divide equally each of the second sides 12, that is to say, the distance between one of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 and an adjacent first side, the distance between the other of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 and another adjacent first side, and a distance between the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 are equal to each other.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a width of the anti-slip elastic sweatband, namely, a distance between the two first sides 11 is 3.5 cm, a width of each of the two anti-slip fabric tapes 20 is 2 mm.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband of the present invention can be sewed at a lower portion of a cap crown, or detachably fixed at the lower portion of the cap crown, thus it is convenient for a user to reuse by removing and washing after absorbing sweat.

One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.

It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. Its embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. An anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, comprising:

a band body, being strip-like and having two first sides and two second sides, wherein a length of each of said two first sides is larger than that of each of said two second sides; and
two anti-slip fabric tapes formed on said band body, each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes being wave-like ups and downs, and concavo-convex, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes are spacedly aligned with each other at a direction of each of said two first sides, a distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side is equal to a distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, in such a manner that said anti-slip elastic sweatband has a better anti-slip effect and fits closely around a head.

2. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 1, wherein each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is made up of a layer of latex yarn and a layer of polyester wrapped on said layer of latex yarn.

3. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 1, wherein said band body has a predetermined elasticity to fit around different heads.

4. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 2, wherein said band body has a predetermined elasticity to fit around different heads.

5. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 1, wherein a length of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is equal to that of each of said two first sides.

6. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 2, wherein a length of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is equal to that of each of said two first sides.

7. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 3, wherein a length of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is equal to that of each of said two first sides.

8. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 4, wherein a length of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is equal to that of each of said two first sides.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 1, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 2, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 3, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 4, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 5, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 6, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 7, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 8, wherein said two anti-slip fabric tapes divide equally each of said second sides, that is to say, said distance between one of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and an adjacent first side, said distance between the other of said two anti-slip fabric tapes and another adjacent first side, and a distance between said two anti-slip fabric tapes are equal to each other.

17. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 13, wherein a distance between said two first sides is 3.5 cm, a width of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is 2 mm.

18. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 14, wherein a distance between said two first sides is 3.5 cm, a width of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is 2 mm.

19. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 15, wherein a distance between said two first sides is 3.5 cm, a width of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is 2 mm.

20. The anti-slip elastic sweatband for cap, as recited in claim 16, wherein a distance between said two first sides is 3.5 cm, a width of each of said two anti-slip fabric tapes is 2 mm.
