CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is a Continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/377,089 filed on Oct. 15, 2010, the disclosures of which are incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a self-adhesive notepaper holder, and more particularly to an innovative one which allows a bottom plate with concave mating surface to incorporate onto the casing, and apply viscous gum to fix the penholder and pen cap for convention use.

2. Description of Related Art

The self-adhesive notepaper for office work is generally used for making notes, marking, keeping a record of events or leaving a message, and also attached flexibly to obvious location for reminding the users in real time. Also, the self-adhesive notepaper is formed into different shapes and colors to strengthen the visual effect.

However, such self-adhesive notepaper is generally of a single notepaper structure or a combined structure with a holder. In response to the needs of office work, a variety of notepaper are made readily available, but leading to disorderly arrangement or possible loss against the working efficiency.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement if the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.

Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

CONTENT OF INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a self-adhesive notepaper holder, which incorporates the self-adhesive notepaper onto the office utilities, enabling more convenient use with higher portability, while providing many functions of high freedom, such as: making notes, leaving message or classified marking.

The self-adhesive notepaper holder of the present invention allows a casing to be mated with a bottom plate; of which the casing is hollow and provided with a holding space to accommodate removable notepaper; a groove is set onto the casing surface to facilitate access to the removable notepaper; the casing is provided with an opening, and multiple long lugs are spaced vertically and staggered transversely on its periphery, correspondingly to the stepped flange recessed into two sides of the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate can be freely pushed or withdrawn in relation to the opening; the base of the bottom plate is provided with a longitudinal concave mating surface, onto which viscous gum is applied to fix onto the penholder for easier operation; with this configuration, the self-adhesive notepaper holder allows users to access it easily by incorporating a pen cap and perform the office work more effectively.

The contents and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, the self-adhesive notepaper holder of the present invention comprises: a casing 1 with an opening, a bottom plate 2 incorporated into the opening, and removable notepaper 3 embedded into the space between the casing 1 and the bottom plate 2; of which:

The casing 1, which is of a long shape with curved ends, and into which a holding space 10 is provided; it's also provided with an opening, on the periphery of which mating portions 11 are arranged; the mating portion 11 is composed of multiple long lugs 110 spaced vertically and staggered transversely; in addition, a rectangular notch 12 is set on the surface of the casing 1 correspondingly to the holding space 10.

The bottom plate 2, which is an L-shaped plate, and provided with stepped flange 20 recessed at both sides, correspondingly to the mating portion 11 of the casing 1, so that the bottom plate 2 can be freely pushed or withdrawn in relation to the opening; the base of the bottom plate is provided with a longitudinal concave mating surface coated with viscous gum or double-sided adhesive tape 22.

Referring to FIG. 3—a charging and assembly view, the removable notepaper 3 is of a long shape, superimposed vertically and staggered transversely by several self-adhesive notepaper, of which the uppermost self-adhesive notepaper is firstly drawn, followed by the remaining notepaper in sequence; the removable notepaper 3 is set into the holding space 10 of the casing 1; with the stepped flange 20 recessed into two sides of the bottom plate 2, it's allowed to slip across the mating portion 11 on the opening of the casing 1, and interlocked with the long lugs 110 spaced vertically and staggered transversely on the mating portion 11 to prevent shedding of the bottom plate 2; of which the long lugs 110 are spaced vertically and staggered transversely on the mating portion 11, so that the bottom plate 2 can be pushed or withdrawn at a bigger inclination angle while avoiding jamming during slippage, thus sealing off smoothly the opening of the holding space 10 and preventing falling-off of the charged removable notepaper 3; meanwhile, one end of the uppermost self-adhesive notepaper is protruded out of the rectangular notch 12 on the casing 1 for easier use.

Referring to FIGS. 4, 5—an application view of a preferred embodiment, the bottom plate 2 is provided with a longitudinal concave mating surface 21, which is coated with viscous gum or double-sided adhesive tape 22 to mate with the round penholder 4 for improving the office work efficiently; meanwhile, it can be incorporated onto a pen cap 5 and gripped on the human body for higher efficacies.

With the help of simple charging and operation modes, the prefabricated self-adhesive notepaper holder can be incorporated onto the bottom plate and stationery to form a utility model. So, it allows users to use and carry conveniently when it's incorporated onto stationery without need of collecting the dispersed removable notepaper 3; on the other hand, additional functions of stationery can be increased due to its higher accessibility; with this configuration, the self-adhesive notepaper holder allows users to incorporate it onto a pen cap 5 and use it more efficiently in the office work.

The present invention combined with stationery could double the efficacies and convenience with breakthrough functions, so the present invention is an innovative product complying with the spirit of new patents, and the patent claims are made hereto.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
