An Earring Drapery earring hanger for holding a plurality of pairs of earring jewelry. The Earring Drapery earring holder includes a length of flexible fabric having a front and back side for receiving pieced, wire, studs, hooks and non-pierced, clips, and screws type items for display and storage. The structure is designed as a versatile free moving material that can be draped over and is not limited to use on hard level surfaces and perpendicular anchors to acquire antiquate display and or storage.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The subject invention speaks of a new and improved method of display and storage for a large inventory of pairs of earring jewelry.

2. Description of Prior Art

The present disclosure generally relates to prior art, basically an arrangement for storing, organizing and displaying earring jewelry.

Some known prior art includes U.S. Design Pat. No. D329,763 Cuminale. Design is a jewelry display stand, which includes a sloped plane attached to a base and supporting the plane, to be displayed being placed on a surface.

A jewelry display device is disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. D525030 Farmer. A stand-up, book look jewelry display device in need of a surface.

Additional known prior art, include: U.S. Pat. No. D250686 Ashcraft; U. S. Pat. No. 6,050,529 Lin; U.S. Pat. No. 5,290,344 Smith. U.S. Pat. No. 6,241,105 Walters-Dowding et al; U.S. Pat. No. 7,451,882 McKay

While these devices have fulfilled their personal objectives, they do not pass the achievement of the Earring Drapery earring hanger for pierced and non-pierced earring jewelry. As U.S. Pat. No. 5,363,953 Ashcraft is a mesh screen with hard support mechanisms to assist in structure and attachments to hang with a wall or hanger. Where no entry for a non-pierced earring exist. The Earring Drapery earring hanger is innovative device includes a length of material that is uniquely designed to drape or hang, without being limited to hard level surfaces and perpendicular anchors to hang off or from. No assembly required.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Preferred aspects of the Earring Drapery earring holder, relates to a length of pliable fabric, wherein this earring holder can be draped over any surface. As an innovative design, earrings can be put directly upon this central unit by pushing earring pierced and non-pierced through fabric. The above-identified features of the holder are believed to ensure the creation of a novel, and totally innovative storage unit that would save consumers valuable time by keeping all of the earrings organized, as well as readily accessible.

Other objects, features and advantages of the disclosure will become apparent to one skilled in the art by reading the following specification and subjoined claims and by referencing the following drawings, in which:

There exist a need for a earring hanger that can be draped on hung without being limited to hard level surfaces and perpendicular anchors.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

FIG. 1 illustrates a earring drapery earring hanger device 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Device 10 comprises on half of flexible length of fabric panel, as taken along lines 3-3. Wherein open area, reference numeral 14, consist of lower lip, reference numeral 12, comprising reinforced edge reference numeral 13 for use of clip earrings reference numeral 31, as shown partially in FIG. 1. Device 10 comprises on half of flexible length of fabric panel, as taken along lines 4-4. Wherein the open weave of fabric to hang pierced earrings numeral 21, as shown partially in FIG. 1. The finished edges of earring drapery earring hanger device 10 are stitched or bonded at reference numeral 15 in FIG. 1. As may be appreciated, the fabric panel as taken along lines 3-3, and fabric panel as taken along lines 4-4 provides the most convenient and secure structure for the attachment of earrings pierced items 21 and non-pierced earring items 31 thereon. Such a device is suitable for the attachment of jewelry items having pin or shaft structures, may be pushed through the open weave of fabric and clips, non-pierced or screws may be clipped onto reinforce edge numeral. As appreciated to the unique design, and structure of an earring hanger reference numeral 40A, and 40C as shown partially in FIG. 1, that will hang anywhere with no structural assistance upon device 10.

FIG. 2A and 2B are side views of the device 10. FIG. 2A as taken along lines 4-4 of FIG. 1 illustrating types of pierce earrings, wires, studs, hoops, reference numeral 21 are inserted thru open weave of earring drapery, earring hanger, device 10. FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C are continuous sectional views of the device 10 as taken along lines 3-3 of FIG. 2B. also as taken along lines 4-4 of FIG. 2A. Returning to FIG. 1 earring drapery earring hanger may be split half as FIG. 3A, pierced as taken along lines 4-4, half non-pierced as taken along lines 3-3, as illustrated in flexible full view, compromising open area number 14. Lower lip of reinforced edge number 12 and reinforced upper edge number 13, referenced number 30 to hang any style of clip earring. FIG. 3B non-pierced only as taken along lines 3-3, compromising the full length of flexible fabric as illustrated in flexible full view earring drapery earring hanger.

FIG. 3C pierced only, as taken along lines 4-4, compromising the full length of flexible fabric as illustrated in flexible full view earring drapery earring hanger. FIG. 3A, 3B, AND 3C may or may not include decorative weight on each end of earring drapery earring hanger as in FIG. 1, that will hang over anything, a door, nail, hook, mirror, dresser, etc. Earring drapery will hang with no other assistance than its unique draping design.

FIG. 4A, 4B, and 4C are continuous full section views of device 10, while the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been shown in a general half to half configuration, it may be appreciated that a great variety of shapes and sizes of the display device 10 are possible. For example, FIG. 4A illustrates different shapes of device 10, reference by number 40B, 40D compromising one half flexible fabric as taken along lines 3-3 non-pierced also as one half as taken along lines 4-4, as illustrated in flexible full view FIG. 3A. FIG. 4B illustrates non-pierced as taken along lines 3-3, reference by number 40B, 40D compromising the full length of flexible fabric as illustrated in flexible full view FIG. 3B earring drapery earring hanger. FIG. 4C illustrated pierced only, as taken along lines 4-4, reference by number 40B, 40D, compromising the full length of flexible fabric as illustrated in flexible full view FIG. 3C earring drapery earring hanger.

FIG. 5 illustrates use of a conventional clothes hanger 80. Device 10 is well adapted to hang anywhere. As example Earring Drapery earring holder drapes over the horizontal rod 82 of clothes hanger, supporting the device 10. More particularly, no fasteners and attachments are needed for Device 10 to hang over clothing hanger. Thus, the device 10 may be conveniently stored or displayed by use of an implement, i.e., the clothes hanger 80, any door 90, door knob 95, hook or nail 100. In this regard, the device 10 is well adapted for use basically to hang anywhere. Earring drapery earring hanger will display and store a large inventory of earrings thus according to clothes selected for the day and/or evening wear, and the ease of invention, all earrings hang right at one's fingertips. Device uses no fasteners and attachments, legs or hooks. Unique design does not need to rest on a countertop to display, but Earring Drapery earring hanger will drape and hang over nearly everything.

Thus, a well improved earring hanger, storage, and display has been shown and described. The earring hanger allows the user to maintain and organized and large inventory of earrings with no mounting, leg, or hooks for the organization of earrings. The display device is easily taken down, or moved to another area. All earrings to stay attached. The device provides an infinite number of places to hang or drape over, it creates a brand new relationships in which such items can be displayed. The display device may come in an infinite number of shapes, sizes, patterns and colors of fabric and may be displayed by draping it from a horizon or vertical by draping it over any surface. Display does not need to rest on a counter top. In a closet from a clothes hanger, i.e., the hanger 80 of FIG. 5. While a specific shape have been shown this device, that a variety of shapes and sizes may be employed under the present invention. While the present invention has been shown and illustrated in connection with the storage and display of earrings, it will be appreciated that the device is well adapted for other personal ornamentation such as pins, broaches, suit flowers, shaft or hook element.

There is no comparison with the Earring Drapery earring holder as compared to a display resting on a counter top.

Claims

1. A Earring Drapery earring holder device comprising:

as being a flexible, free moving length of material having a front and back, with two ends suitable for the mounting and storage of a large inventory of an earring jewelry to drape or hang over without wall mount, as device is not limited to hard level surfaces and perpendicular anchors. B. The earring drapery earring holder device of claim 1, has two ends that will allow device to drape or hang without wall mount, or anchors.
