Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a structure of iron net pallet, which is designed for meeting the requirements of stacking commodities; with the designed structure, the problems and disadvantages of easy to be damaged, moistened or deteriorated associated with the conventional structure of wood-made and paper-made pallets can be solved. The present invention utilizes a metal base frame to support a metal net plane, so not only the structural strength can be reinforced, the stability of placing can also be enhanced, thereby increasing the practicality and application.

(b) Description of Related Art

conventional pallet for stacking commodities used in inventory or transportation is mainly made by assembling woods via nailing, wherein several base materials having larger dimension are used as a support frame on which a plurality of wood plates are arranged and nailed for forming a placement plane, so commodities can be stacked on the placement place formed by the wood plates and the structural strength is supported by the base materials disposed therebelow. However, the wood plates which are used to form the placement plane do not have sufficient thickness thereby providing poor structural strength and limited loading capacity. So when subject to heaving weights of loaded commodities, the wood plates are very easy to be broken. In addition, a wood-made structure has a drawback relative to moisture, when being used in a moist environment, or the loaded commodities may release moisture, or disposed in an outdoor environment for being exposed to sunlight and rainfall, after a period of time, the structure may be moistened and deteriorated. Moreover, because the mentioned pallet is made of woods, forests are the ones that suffer which may result in unthinkable damage to the ecological environment, so such situation shall be improved.

For being environmental friendly, there is another type of pallet, a paper-made pallet, in the marketplace, which is mainly made of corrugated paper boards or other paper materials serving as a base support material on which paper boards having preset layers and thickness are disposed, thereby assembling a paper-made pallet with basic function. With the base support substrate, the structural strength of paper boards disposed on top can be reinforced, so the massive usage of wooden material is avoided. However, the paper-made pallet can be used to replace the wood-made pallet for being more environmental friendly, but the structural strength is often not sufficient enough, therefore the weights of commodities loaded thereon has a limitation, moreover some major disadvantages of paper-made pallet are easily to be moistened and deteriorated when subject to moisture, thereby greatly limiting the applicable objects and suitable locations. Such poor design has to be improved.
