ASSEMBLY TYPE ACCESSORY

Disclosed herein is an assembly type accessory. The assembly type accessory includes: a plurality of initial blocks each having an insertion hole formed from side to side thereof; and a rail part which is inserted into the insertion hole of each initial block and connects the plurality of initial blocks. The present invention as described above is advantageous because a rail is inserted into the insertion hole formed in the initial blocks so as to adjust the length of a finished product so that there is no concern at all that a space will be generated between the initial blocks.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

The present invention relates generally to an assembly type accessory and, more particularly, to an assembly type accessory which is configured such that a rail is inserted into an insertion hole formed in initial blocks so as to adjust the length of a finished product, so that no space is generated between the initial blocks.

2. Description of the Related Art

As is well known to those skilled in the art, an accessory is largely divided into a necklace and a ring. Recently, an accessory that may be worn by assembling initials such as letters, numbers, signs and the like so that a user can reflect his or her own unique personality has gained in popularity.

An accessory like the above was disclosed in Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 10-2008-88225 (entitled “Jewelry using initials”). The conventional assembly type accessory is illustrated in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12.

In the conventional assembly type accessory as described above, a jewel 14 is attached to the front surface, and letters, numbers and signs are expressed over the front surface. Furthermore, a rear surface is formed of: an initial panel 12 in which a guide groove 17 is formed; a connection member 11 which is inserted into the guide groove; and a screw 15 which penetrates a through hole 18 which is provided in the connection member, the screw being screw-connected to a rear surface of the initial panel to connect the connection member and the initial panel to each other. Furthermore, a fixing ring 13 is provided in both sides of the connection member, and a chain 21 is provided in the fixing ring so that it can be put around a user's neck.

However, the conventional assembly type accessory as described above is problematic not only because methods of connecting the initial panel and the connection member are not uniform, but also the esthetic beauty is remarkably deteriorated because the screw connected part is exactly exposed.

Furthermore, the accessory is problematic because when the connection member and the initial panel are combined, the through hole of the connection member becomes uniform, whereas the right and left widths of the initial panel are very diverse, so that a space is generated between the initial panels of the finished product, thereby remarkably reducing marketability of the accessory.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly type accessory which is configured such that a rail is inserted into an insertion hole formed in initial blocks so as to adjust the length of a finished product, so that no space is generated between the initial blocks.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly type accessory which is configured such that initial blocks are slidably connected to a rail part, so that a screw connected part is not exposed as in the conventional art, thereby being capable of improving the esthetic beauty as an accessory.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides an assembly type accessory including: a plurality of initial blocks each having an insertion hole formed from side to side thereof; and a rail part which is inserted into the insertion hole of each initial block to connect the plurality of initial blocks.

Furthermore, the rail part may include: a first rail inserted into one side of the insertion hole of each initial block; and a second rail inserted into another side of the insertion hole.

Also, the insertion hole may include: a first insertion hole into which the first rail is inserted; and a second insertion hole into which the second rail is inserted.

Also, the first rail may include: a first support plate; and a first insertion rod which is formed to extend from one side of the first support plate, and the second rail may include: a second support plate; and a second insertion rod which is formed to extend from one side of the second support plate.

Also, the accessory may further include: rings for a necklace which are provided on the other sides of the first support plate and the second support plate so that a string for a necklace can be inserted therein.

Also, a hole for an earring is formed on an outer circumferential surface of any one of the first insertion rod and the second insertion rod so as to be connected to a needle for an earring.

Also, the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole of each initial block may communicate with each other, and the second insertion hole may open onto a rear surface of the initial blocks.

Also, the accessory may further include a third rail inserted into the insertion hole of each initial block.

Also, the third rail may include a third insertion rod, and may be configured such that a ring into which a forger is inserted is connected to the third insertion rod by a connection member.

Also, the ring may be formed of two or more rings.

In accordance with the present invention as described above, it is advantageous for inserting the rail into the insertion hole formed in the initial blocks so as to adjust a length of the finished product, so there is no concern that a space will be generated between the initial blocks.

Another advantage is that the initial blocks are slidably connected to the rail part, so that the screw connected part is not exposed as in the conventional art, thereby being capable of improving esthetic beauty as an accessory.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinbelow, preferred embodiments of an assembly type accessory according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference now should be made to the different drawings, throughout which the same reference numerals are used to designate the same or similar components.

In the present invention, there are three embodiments. A first embodiment provides a necklace, a second embodiment provides an earring, and a third embodiment provides a ring.

First, the first embodiment of the present invention is explained with reference to FIG. 1 through FIG. 4.

As described above, the first embodiment of the present invention shows an assembly type initial necklace. The assembly type accessory according to the first embodiment includes a rail part and initial blocks 300. The rail part is formed of a first rail 100 and a second rail 200.

The first rail 100 is formed of a first support plate 110, and a first insertion rod 120 which is formed to extend to one side of the first support plate 110. The first support plate 110 functions to support and fix the initial blocks 300 inserted into the first insertion rod 120.

A ring for a necklace 130 is formed in another side of the first support plate 110 so as to connect a string for a necklace 10.

The second rail 200 is formed of a second support plate 210, and a second insertion rod 220 which is formed to extend to one side of the second support plate 210. The second support plate 210 functions to support and fix the initial block 300 inserted into the second insertion rod 220.

A ring for a necklace 230 is formed in another side of the second support plate 210 so as to connect the string for the necklace 10.

As illustrated in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the first rail 100 and the second rail 200 as above are members which have left-right symmetry. Except for the rings for the necklace 130 and 230, the first rail 100 and the second rail 200 are the same members as each other.

As illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the initial blocks 300 are members produced in shapes such as signs, texts, numbers and the like. A jewel 301 is attached to a front surface of the initial blocks 300 to improve the esthetic beauty, and an insertion hole 310 is formed on a rear surface thereof to pierce from side to side.

As illustrated in FIG. 10, the insertion hole 310 as above is formed of a first insertion hole 311 and a second insertion hole 312. The first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 communicate with each other.

For example, the first insertion rod 120 is inserted into and connected to the first insertion hole 311, and a second insertion rod 220 is inserted into and connected to the second insertion hole 312.

Furthermore, like the above, because the first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 communicate with each other, the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion rod 220 may come into surface contact with each other in an inner part of the first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312.

On the other hand, one of the first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 is open. Into an opening 320, a needle for an earring 20 of the second embodiment which will be described later may be inserted, and a connection member 510 of the third embodiment may be movably inserted.

Connection methods of the first rail 100, the second rail 200, and the initial blocks 300 as described above will be hereinafter explained.

First, in another side of the first rail 100, the plurality of initial blocks 300 are singly connected to the first rail 100 in sequence. For example, as illustrated in the partial enlarged view of FIG. 1, the first insertion rod 120 is inserted into and connected to the first insertion hole 311.

When the connection of the first rail 100 and the initial blocks 300 is completed, and thereafter the second rail 200 is inserted into the second insertion hole 312 of the initial blocks as if pushing it thereinto, the connection is completed.

To explain more specifically, the initial blocks 300 are inserted onto the first rail 100 in the order of B(1)-a(2)-r(3)-b(4)-i(5)-e(6), and in this state, the second rail 200 is inserted into the initial blocks 300 in the order of e(6)-i(5)-b(4)-r(3)-a(2)-B(1), so that the connection is completed.

In the state of the initial blocks 300 being connected as above, it would be most preferable for the right and left widths thereof to be consistent along the length of the first rail 100 or the second rail 200.

However, in a case where the right and left widths of the initial blocks 300 are larger than the length of the first rail 100 or the second rail 200, initials such as B(1)-a(2)-r(3)-b(4) are inserted onto the first rail 100, and initials such as i(5)-e(6) are inserted onto the second rail 200.

Here, the second insertion rod 220 is inserted and pushed into the second insertion hole 312 of b(4), and the first insertion rod 120 is inserted and pushed into the first insertion hole 312 of i(5), so that the connection is completed.

Then, a user may wear the accessory by adjusting the initial blocks from side to side so that the initial blocks 300 are set in the center.

Next, the second embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 5 through FIG. 7.

As described above, the second embodiment of the present invention shows the assembly type initial earring. The assembly type accessory according to the second embodiment includes the rail part formed of the first rail 100 and the second rail 200 and the initial blocks 300.

Since the first rail 100, the second rail 200, and the initial blocks 300 perform almost identical functions with those of the first embodiment as described above, the difference between them will be explained.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, instead of the rings for the necklace 130 and 230 of the first embodiment of the present invention as described above, to perform the function of an earring, grooves for an earring 400 which are spaced apart from each other are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the first rail 100 or the second rail 200 at fixed intervals.

As illustrated in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a ring for an earring 20 is installed in the grooves for the earring 400. Furthermore, it is illustrated that the grooves for the earring 400 are formed on the second insertion rod 220. However, the grooves for the earring 400 may also be formed on the first insertion rod 120.

Also, a connection method of the assembly type initial necklace according to the second embodiment of the present invention is identical with that of the first embodiment as previously described, but a difference therebetween is that the ring for the earring 20 is connected to the grooves for the earring 400.

To explain the above difference in more detail, after the first rail 100, the second rail 200, and the initial blocks 300 have been connected, the ring for the earring 20 is installed in the groove for the earring 400 located between the third initial block of r(3) and the fourth initial block of b(4) among the six initial blocks 300.

If the number of the initial blocks 300 is an odd number or if the number of the initial blocks 300 is an even number but the right and left widths are not regular, after looking for a central point of gravity for which the assembly type accessory according to the second embodiment of the present invention is not inclined to one side, the ring for the earring 20 may be installed in the groove of the earring 400 that is closest to the center of gravity.

Meanwhile, two types of the ring for the earring 20 are exemplified in FIG. 5. In addition to the two types, the ring for the earring 20 may be variously modified in other ways.

Next, the third embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9.

As previously described, the third embodiment of the present invention shows the assembly type initial ring. The assembly type accessory according to the third embodiment includes the rail part formed of the first rail 100, the second rail 200, and a third rail 600, and the initial blocks 300.

The first rail 100 is formed of the first support plate 110, and the first insertion rod 120 which is formed to extend to one side of the first support plate 110. The second rail 200 is formed of the second support plate 210, and the second insertion rod 220 which is formed to extend to one side of the second support plate 210.

As illustrated in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the shapes of the first rail 100 and the second rail 200 are similar to each other.

The third rail 600 includes a third insertion rod 610 having a predetermined length and is a member which is configured such that a ring 500 into which fingers are inserted is provided onto a front part of the third insertion rod 610. FIG. 8 illustrates a case of the number of the rings 500 being one. FIG. 9 illustrates a case wherein the number of the rings 500 is two.

Furthermore, the connection member 510 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the ring 500. The connection member 510 functions to connect the ring to the front part of the third insertion rod 610.

Like the second embodiment as previously described, the initial blocks 300 have the opening 320 in any one of the first insertion hole 311 or the second insertion hole 312. The opening 320 is a movable space into which the connection member 510 may be movably inserted. FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 illustrate a state in which the second insertion hole 312 is open.

The assembly type accessory having the following configurations according to the third embodiment is connected in the following order. First, the initial blocks 300 that are intended to express an idea are connected in sequence by inserting the third insertion rod 610 into the second insertion hole 312 of the initial blocks 300.

Then, the first insertion rod 120 is inserted into and connected to one side of the first insertion hole 311, and the second insertion rod 220 is inserted into and connected to another side of the first insertion hole 311.

Here, the connection order in which the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion rod 220 are inserted into the first insertion hole 311 is not important. It is preferable that the sum of lengths of the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion rod 220 be consistent with a length of the third insertion rod 610.

However, when the number of the initial blocks 300 increases or the third insertion rod 610 is manufactured to be short in length, the connection may be performed in such a manner that the initial blocks which may be received in the third insertion rod 610 are first inserted, and the remaining initial blocks 300 are appropriately distributed to and inserted into the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion rod 220.

Meanwhile, in the initial blocks 300 of the first embodiment and the second embodiment as previously described, because the first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 communicate with each other, the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion 220 are put in surface contact with each other. However, in the case of the third embodiment, the first insertion rod 120 and the second insertion rod 120 are put in surface contact with the third insertion rod 610.

As described above, in the first to the third embodiments of the present invention, the configurations are simply inserted and connected by the sliding method. Accordingly, the present invention can solve the traditional problem in that a screw connected part is exposed because the configurations are assembled using a screw and the like.

Meanwhile, the first insertion hole 311 of the initial blocks 300, an internal diameter of the second insertion hole 312, and external diameters of the first insertion rod 120, the second insertion rod 220 and the third insertion rod 610 are produced to match each other, thereby preventing the connection from being dismantled.

Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 10, because cross-sections of the first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 are produced in a polygonal shape, a section in which friction is concentrated may be secured, thereby preventing the connection from becoming dismantled.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims

1. An assembly type accessory, comprising:

a plurality of initial blocks each having an insertion hole formed from side to side thereof; and
a rail part which is inserted into the insertion hole of each initial block and connects the plurality of initial blocks.

2. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 1, wherein the rail part comprises: a first rail inserted into one side of the insertion hole of each initial block; and a second rail inserted into another side of the insertion hole of each initial block.

3. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 2, wherein the insertion hole comprises a first insertion hole of each initial block into which the first rail is inserted; and a second insertion hole into which the second rail is inserted.

The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 2, wherein the first rail comprises a first support plate and a first insertion rod which is formed to extend from one side of the first support plate, and the second rail comprises a second support plate and a second insertion rod which is formed to extend from one side of the second support plate.

5. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 4, further comprising: rings for a necklace which are provided on other sides of the first support plate and the second support plate so that a string for a necklace can be placed therein.

6. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 4, further comprising: a hole for an earring formed on an outer circumferential surface of any one of the first insertion rod and the second insertion rod so as to be connected to a needle for an earring.

7. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 2, wherein the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole of each initial block communicate with each other,

8. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 7, wherein the second insertion hole of each initial block is open to a rear surface of the initial blocks.

9. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 2, further comprising: a third rail inserted into the insertion hole of each initial block.

10. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 9, wherein the third rail comprises a third insertion rod and is configured such that a ring into which a finger is inserted is connected to the third insertion rod by a connection member.

11. The assembly type accessory as set forth in claim 9, wherein the ring is formed of two or more rings.
