INSOLE HAVING LIQUID THEREIN
An insole having liquid therein may include a main body that has an enclosing layer covering an outer surface of the main body, and liquid is enclosed by the enclosing layer. In one embodiment, the liquid can be water or oil. The insole may also have at least one hole located at a predetermined position of enclosing layer to evenly distribute the pressure from the user's feet. A sealing edge is formed at an outer portion of the main body and a pressing portion is formed at a periphery of the holes.

The present invention relates to an insole, and more particularly to an insole including liquid therein to increase the comfort level when the user wears the shoes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONWhen people are engaging in strenuous exercises such as running or jumping, the feet have to sustain a huge level of pressure, so the feet are very vulnerable to sport injuries, which can be caused mostly by improper posture and poorly designed shoes. For example, when people jump, the landing foot will naturally buffer the impact due to reflection. However, when emergency happens and there is insufficient time to react, the shoes have to buffer the impact for the user. Thus, there are a lot of shoes equipped with air cushion to protect the user's feet from being injured. However, the air cushion is mostly equipped with the sneakers but not other footwear such as casual shoes. More importantly, according to recent medical studies, foot injuries can be caused not only through exercise, but also through daily walking. Even though walking is not as intensive as exercise, people may have to walk for at least hundred steps everyday, which may continuously cause injuries to the feet since most of the casual shoes do not have the cushion to buffer the impact. While the casual shoes may include a pad inside, it is used to enhance the comfort level of wearing, not used to absorb the impact while walking. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved insole to overcome the problems stated above.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe problem the present invention wants to solve is that the air cushion is mostly equipped with the sneakers but not other footwear such as casual shoes, and people may be injured on the feet even for walking everyday since most of the casual shoes do not have the cushion to buffer the impact.
The present invention provides an insole having liquid therein may include a main body that has an enclosing layer covering an outer surface of the main body, and liquid is enclosed by the enclosing layer.
In one embodiment, the size of the main body is corresponding to the user's feet, wherein the main body can be inserted between a shoe main body and a shoe base, so when the user wears the shoes, the user's feet can feel the elasticity of the main body.
In another embodiment, the size of the main body is corresponding to the user's feet of the rear portion. Likewise, a sealing edge is formed at an outer portion of the main body and a pressing portion is formed at a periphery of holes. An enclosing layer encloses the liquid. Furthermore, the shoe base has a recessed slot corresponding to the size of the user's foot at the rear portion and the main body is inserted into the recessed slot so the user's rear feet can feel the elasticity of the main body.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:
In one embodiment referring to
In one embodiment, the size of the main body 10 is corresponding to the user's feet, wherein the main body 10 can be inserted between a shoe main body 30 and a shoe base 31, so when the user wears the shoes, the user's feet can feel the elasticity of the main body 10.
In another embodiment as shown in
In a further embodiment as shown in
According to the embodiments stated above, the liquid 20 is enclosed in the enclosing layer 14 of the main body 10 and at least one hole 12 is located on the surface of the main body 10, so when the main body 10 is disposed inside the shoe main body 30, the pressure from the user's feet can be evenly distributed to enhance the comfort level when wearing the shoes.
Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
