The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface of x-ray imaging device transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. The process or period in which the transitional graphical user interface transitions forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line at the periphery of FIGS. 1-6 illustrates a display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The interior dashed lines in a circular shape and triangular shape form part of the claim.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface of X-ray imaging device, as shown and described.
