FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a vertical cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the appearance of the bottom corrective element.
