FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a foot support pad for a continuous passive motion carriage, showing our new design, the broken line showing of the continuous passive motion carriage being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the foot support pad as seen from the same side as that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, as seen from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof.
