FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a sheet lifter for a ring binder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the undisclosed right side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom being a mirror image with the curved left edge being inverted.
