Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of an assembled surface mount jack showing a first embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof the opposite side being a mirrow image;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the surface mount jack of FIG. 1 with the cover off and showing the top of a base of the surface mount jack;

FIG. 9 is a top view of the base;

FIG. 10 is a side view of the base, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 11 is a rear view of the bse;

FIG. 12 is a front view of the base;

FIG. 13 is a top view of an assembled surface mount jack showing a second embodiment of a cover for my new design;

FIG. 14 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 15 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 16 is a front view thereof.

The inside and bottom surfaces of the second embodiment are the same in appearance as those of the first embodiment seen in FIGS. 6-12. The only difference between the first and second embodiment being in the presence of an insert rectangular feature just above the telephone cord jack in the first embodiment. The base has been shown separately in FIGS. 9-12 for convenience of illustration. The broken line showings of FIGS. 8-12 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
