FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a floatation collar showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof wrapped on a fishing pole;

FIG. 6 is a side view thereof on a fishing net handle; and,

FIG. 7 is another side view thereof on a gaffe handle.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claim design.
