FIG. 1 isa perspective view of a clip-on toothbrush holder for a toothpaste dispenser showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged, top perspective view of the clip-on toothbrush holder of FIG. 1, accordingly to the present invention; and,

FIG. 3 is an enlarged, bottom perspective view of the clip-on toothbrush holder of FIG. 1.

The phanton line disclosure of toothpaste dispenser in FIG. 1 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
