FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a hitch plug plate showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a front plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional side elevational view thereof taken along line 3—3 shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof; the other side being the same as the side shown; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear plan view thereof.
