FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a color coded ruler, showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view of FIG. 1, taken along line 3-3 of FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the figures depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design. The design is shaded for color using the symbols of MPEP § 608.02.

The ornamental design for a color coded ruler, as shown and described.
