Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Anthurium is provided. It is a medium to large size plant, suitable for production in 15 cm to 25 cm pots from a single tissue culture produced microcutting with vigorous growth, early and abundant branching, early, year — round and abundant flowering. Striking, bright red, very glossy spathes are carried on strong peduncles slightly above foliage and sharply contrast with light colored spadixes and with dark green, thick leaves.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Spathiphyllum plant named ‘Nurit’, characterized by its very compact plant habit; moderate vigor; dark green, shiny leaves that are held horizontal to the petiole; dense and bushy appearance; white spathes that are positioned above the foliage on strong and erect peduncles; long-lasting spathes; and resistance to pathogens common to Spathiphyllum.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of shrub rose plant is provided which forms in clusters attractive semi-double somewhat flattened white blossoms. An open and semi-erect growth habit of excellent form is exhibited. The foliage is glossy dark green and contrasts nicely with the white blossoms. The plant propagates well by the use of softwood cuttings and possesses good winter hardiness. Petaloid stamens commonly are present. Excellent disease resistance particularly to blackspot its exhibited. It is particularly well suited for growing as an individual plant or as a mass planting to create ornamentation in the landscape.

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which forms attractive double blossoms that are tangerine in coloration and are borne on very long thick stems. Such blossoms possess no fragrance. The plant exhibits an erect growth habit, dark green and semi-glossy foliage, and good disease resistance. The buds are large and well turbinated. The new variety is particularly well suited for producing cut flowers under greenhouse growing conditions.
Abstract: The claimed cultivar is characterized by a red purple double floret further characterized by a speckling of white on some of the florets over a medium green cascading mound. Compared to most ivy geraniums the claimed cultivar exhibits high temperature tolerance as well as quick rooting time and increased cutting production with better floret production.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Anthurium plant named ‘Candy Love’, characterized by its upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely clumping, dense and bushy growth habit; durable dark green leaves that are ovate to lanceolate in shape; numerous inflorescences that are positioned upright and beyond the foliage on strong and erect scapes; durable, glossy light red spathes; year-round continuous flowering; and good post-production longevity.
Abstract: A nozzle sleeve for the retention of replaceable fluid nozzles for rock bits is disclosed. The sleeve is secured within the body of the rock bit. A first upstream end of the sleeve communicates with a fluid plenum formed by the bit body. A second downstream end of this sleeve is adapted to receive the fluid nozzles. An elliptical fluid entrance is formed at the first upstream end of the nozzle sleeve. The elliptical fluid inlet formed by the sleeve serves to increase the flow of fluid to the nozzles, reduce turbulence of the fluid and substantially reduce the erosive effects associated with high fluid velocities and turbulent flow.
Abstract: In a sheet feeding device, the local feed of the sheet is measured in the vicinity of respective drive rollers by means of respective sensors for the purpose of aligning rectangular sheets of a preselected set. On the basis of signals from the light sensors, a control device determines an optimum pair of rollers for aligning the sheet. The control device compares the signals of the two associated sensors and adjusts the local feed of the sheet in such a way that the two sensors establish the same local feed, before the sheet leaves one of the selected rollers.
