Abstract: A protective sleeve for protecting a person's arm comprises a forearm section, an upper arm section and a flexible connection between the forearm section and upper arm section. An elbow section is connected between the forearm and upper arm sections and covers the flexible connection. The sections of the protective sleeve each comprise a plurality of layers of cut resistant material enclosed within an outer covering. In one embodiment, a hand protector is either permanently connected or releasably connectable to the sleeve and comprises one or more layers of high tensile strength fabric.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a collar stay having a body and an ornament disposed on the body. The body may include a material such a metal, a precious stone, a polymeric material, and combinations thereof. The ornament may be a precious stone, a metal, a cut-out, a light, an indicia, a sound, and combinations thereof. The collar stay may be worn with a shirt having a collar with a slit adapted to receive the collar stay and expose a portion of the collar stay to a viewer. The present disclosure provides a shirt collar with an exposed collar stay having a unique structure and distinct appearance.

Abstract: The present invention involves a garment that allows a wearer to change clothes in privacy and can be comfortably worn for protection before, during, and after changing. Preferably, the garment contains two sides of partially absorbent material separated by a water resistant layer. Alternatively, the garment can include a partially absorbent interior layer and a substantially water resistant exterior layer. The garment contains a hood, sleeves, and two apertures that allow a wearer to reach underneath the garment to change clothes. The garment can contain interior and exterior pockets to store items and keep the wearer's hands protected. The garment contains sufficient room underneath to enable a wearer to comfortably change clothes. The present invention can include a means for securing the garment to a fixed object to facilitate drying. The garment can also be folded up and stored within an enclosure located within the interior of the garment.

Abstract: Breakaway sport pants include right and left side zippers that do not have catch mechanisms. When the zippers are zipped, right and left connectors hold the front and back portions of the sport pants together and prevent the zippers from unzipping. However, when the right and left connectors are disengaged, the zippers easily unzip to allow removal of the sport pants. In an embodiment of the invention, the zipper pull tabs include a friction enhancing material that catches on the connectors and upper portions of the pants to prevent inadvertent unzipping of the pants.

The closing means include a strip with a first end connected to the tubular portion proximate the open end and a second free end. The strip is slidably retained around the open end and the second end includes first retaining means. The closing means also include second retaining means on the tubular portion proximate the open end and defining at least one closing point where the first retaining means is detachably connectable thereto, a distance between the closing point and the first end of the strip being greater than a distance between the first end of the strip and the first retaining means. Upon engagement of the first and second retaining means at the closing point, the strip contracts the open end to an at least partially closed position.

The second portion includes a rigid shell and is disposed overtop of at least a proximal end of the first portion. The first and second protective portions are articulated relative to each other such that inward flexion of the first protective portion away from the second protective portion is permitted. A rigid projection, disposed on a dorsal side of the first protective portion, is received within an opening formed in the second protective portion when the first and second protective portions are aligned, such that proximal displacement of the first protective portion relative to the second protective portion is limited by the rigid projection.

Abstract: A lightweight thin flexible latex glove article having a polymeric latex coating that penetrates the front portion of a knitted liner half way or more through the liner thickness and for at least a portion of the knitted liner, not penetrating the entire thickness. For example, the liner can be knitted using an 18-gauge needle with 70 to 221 denier nylon 66 multi-filament yarn. The polymer latex coating can be 0.75 to 1.25 times the thickness of the knitted liner. Over 30% reduction of glove thickness is achieved resulting in three times greater flexibility. The polymer latex coating may be foamed with 5 to 50 vol % air content. Open celled foamed latex coating may be coated with a dispersion of fluorochemical dispersion to prevent liquid permeation into the glove. The process can include steps to gel the latex emulsion at interstices of the yarn to prevent further penetration of the emulsion into the liner.

The scarf is loose and has folds under the chin so that a coat or other outer garment can be positioned and closed there over without restricting movement of the user. The scarf extends from the rim down proximate the nape of the neck to protect the back of the head and he rear of the neck. The hat member has a crown into which the scarf member can be positioned and stored while the hat is being worn. In turn the scarf may be moved between a stored position in the crown of the hat member and a deployed position removed from the crown and deployed over and about the head of the user.

Abstract: A novel air freshener for use in a bathroom is disclosed and comprises a sending unit that is mounted in the tank of a toiler assembly, and a remote dispenser comprised of housing and a base and that is preferably mounted onto the ceiling of the bathroom. The sending unit includes level sensing module that generates a signal whenever the toilet is, flushed (thereby lowering the water level in the toilet tank) and the same signal is received by the remote dispenser. The remote dispenser then reacts by activating for a set period of time a spray pump and drive motor which causes the housing of the remote dispenser to simultaneously rotate while an odor control chemistry is atomized through a spray nozzle located on the housing of the remote dispenser, thereby broadcasting an effective measure of odor control chemistry into the bathroom space.

A toilet seat cover made of a paper material is oversized to cover a toilet seat. Adhesive material may also be placed on the bottom of the toilet seat cover to prevent slipping on a toilet seat. A rear flap folds to contact a portion of the upper surface of the seat cover thereby forming a pocket. An edge of the rear flap may be provided an adhesive. The pocket may contain toiletries, such as personal wipes. The toilet seat cover may be folded and packaged with a disinfectant wipe, providing a convenient kit package for carrying and use.

The main conduit is coupled to a fluid division conduit, which defines a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, and a second fluid outlet. The first and second fluid outlets are in fluid communication with first and second flexible tubes, respectively, which then direct fluid flow to first and second eyewash cups. The driving element is pivoted to one of the pair of sleeves to push the push-button. A user can rotate the driving element to push the push-button by pulling a string which is connected to one end of the driving element.

The upper portion of the pillow provides a soft but supportive continuously curved surface which in combination with an encircling inner seat pocket and inner seat area allow for variable positioning of the infant. The lower interior portion of the pillow is padded for the sitting infant's comfort and protection. The internal cushion portion of the pillow may be made of soft yet supportive material including foam rubber. The exterior cover of the pillow is of a one-piece construction and may be removed for washing or cleaning.

One embodiment of the play mat includes a cushioned base, a hub, a tension control device, a plurality of cords and four supports. Each support may be detachably coupled to a height extension member that is detachably coupled to the base. The height extension members allow the height of the supports relative to the base to be increased or decreased so that the mat can accommodate infants of various sizes and ages. The tension control device can be adjusted to increase or decrease the tension in the cords so that the supports are detachably coupled to or detached from the hub. The play mat can be easily dissembled by detaching the supports and/or height extension members from the base so that they can be placed into a carrying case.

Abstract: A method and kit for producing dyed soft contact lenses. The contact lenses are submerged in saline solution, and a strip that has been impregnated with a dye is added to the saline solution. Preferred dyes include the common dyes sodium fluorescein, lissamine green, and rose bengal. After a period of time, the lens absorbs the dye and can be removed from the solution and placed on the eye. Once the lens is illuminated with ultraviolet light, it will glow or fluoresce. This creates a dramatic effect, particularly in dimly lit areas. A method for producing a dyed soft contact lens, or enhancing the glow of a soft contact lens that has previously been dyed, while the lens is being worn in an eye of a subject.

For this purpose, the inventive cleaning head for an electromechanical toothbrush consists of a bearing rod, a U-shaped plate, which is provided with bristles on the internal surface thereof and fixed to said rod, a second U-shaped plate which is similar to the first U-shaped plate and disposed in a mirror manner with respect to the first plate. The bases of the U-shaped plates are connected by an axis penetrating through a shaped slot to a flat section embodied on the end of the bearing rod in the perpendicular direction of the axis thereof.

A rolling movement of the roller along the ground is transmitted to the circular broom so that the circular broom rotates about the essentially vertical axis of rotation. Devices, which convert a rotating movement of the roller about the essentially vertical axis of rotation to an axial relative movement between the roller and the housing, are provided. The method and machine improve the running smoothness of the sweeping machine.

The membrane may be generally dome shaped and may be resiliently flexible when a brushing force is applied. A plurality of cleaning elements is mounted to the membrane. The cleaning elements may be attached using anchor free tufting. In addition, the cleaning elements may be sufficiently spaced so as to allow separation of the melted portion of the cleaning elements. In another arrangement, the head may also include walls or dams positioned between the cleaning elements. The walls prevent the melted portion of the cleaning elements from merging with the melted portion of another cleaning element. This isolation of the molten nylon allows the cleaning elements to move independently of each other.

An auto window wiper blade is pivotally coupled at about a middle of the wiper arm.
