Abstract: Disclosed is a method of designing a tooth profile for an internal gear type pump. The method includes revolving a rolling circle, which has an eccentric distance less than the diameter of the rolling circle, around a base circle while the rolling circle is rotating about its center in such a manner that the rolling circle contacting with the base circle, forming a trochoidal curve outside the base circle, the trochoidal curve being formed by the eccentric point of the rolling circle during the revolution of the rolling circle accomplished while the rolling circle is rotating about its center, and generating an envelope by revolving a trajectory circle along the trochoidal curve while the trajectory circle is rotating on its center in such a manner that the center of the trajectory circle is on the trochoidal curve, the envelope being a trochoidal tooth profile. An improved trajectory ellipse is provided.

Abstract: A stainless steel chopstick set includes chopsticks and a container. Each chopstick includes at least two sections. Each section has a hollow body in a taper shape for storage purpose. The container is provided with troughs to accommodate the chopsticks therein. The container has a flat supporting surface at one side to be placed on a table while the opposite side has a recess for the chopsticks to be rested thereon.

Abstract: A method of producing a razor head that includes the steps of providing a guard member having a lower surface and including securing pins protruding from the lower surface, securing a blade unit onto said guard member, providing a cap member, and securing the cap member onto the guard member, independently of the blade unit. Abstract: A razor that includes a handle having an axis, a first shaver head having one or more blades, mounted at a front end of the handle and a second shaver head mounted on a support mounted at a back end of the handle and pivotable with respect to the support between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the support projects outward from the back end of the handle to allow shaving with the second shaver head and in the closed position, the support is retracted within the handle.

Abstract: A self-learning counter apparatus and method for consumables is effective to learn a user's schedule for consuming items, such a pills or medicines; or to learn the useful life of a consumable or wearing item, such as a razor blade or toothbrush. Subsequently, during a reminder mode of operation, the device reminds the user to take a pill, or reminds the user when the useful life of the item (such as a razor blade or toothbrush) is at an end, so that the item can be replaced in a timely fashion. One useful embodiment of the invention learns and then signals a user that the useful life of a safety razor blade has ended. Another useful embodiment of the invention learns and then reminds a user that the useful life of a toothbrush or power toothbrush head is at an end. Still another useful embodiment of the invention learns and then reminds a user of the user's pill or medicine taking schedule.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include a shaving apparatus. The shaving apparatus may include, for example, a generally elongated handle portion; a rotatable blade mechanism coupled to said handle portion and including a generally cylindrical blade mount having mounted thereon a plurality of blades having cutting edges extending radially outwardly from said blade mount; and a rotation mechanism to rotate said blade mount about a rotation axis of said blade mount, wherein the cutting edges are oriented to cut in a shaving plane generally parallel to the rotational axis. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: Shaving apparatus provides a drivable shaving unit (3) for performing a first shaving action on a user's skin; a motor (2) adapted to drive said shaving unit (3) to perform the first shaving action; a blade (11) having a razor-sharp cutting edge positioned for shaving engagement with the user's skin; and a guard surface (14) provided in front of the razor-sharp blade (11). During use, the blade (11) performs a second shaving action to cut hair whilst the drivable shaving unit (3) performs the first shaving action. In various embodiments, the first shaving unit may be rotary or linear and may have a static or moving skin-engaging cutter. Two razor-sharp blades may be provided, facing in opposite directions.

The housing has an accommodation chamber, a protruding portion, and an opening for insertion of the cutter blade magazine into the accommodation chamber of the housing. The cutter blade magazine has a cutter blade chamber accommodating a number of cutter blades, a sliding slot, an outlet, a through hole for receiving the protruding portion of the housing, and a stop portion. The push block has a flexible arm, which is stopped by the stop portion of cutter blade magazine to prohibit displacement of the push block relative to the cutter blade magazine after separation of the cutter blade magazine from the housing and which is deformed by the protruding portion of the housing for allowing movement of the push block relative to the cutter blade magazine after insertion of the cutter blade magazine into the accommodation chamber of the housing.

The saw cover has a partition wall formed with a plurality of division walls including front and rear divisional walls. The plurality of division walls has an inclined part that extends at an angle with respect to a radial direction of the rotary axis of the fan such that a radially outer part of the inclined part locates upstream from a radially inner part of the inclined part with respect to the rotary direction of the fan.

Abstract: An adjustable clamp fixture holds overlapping legs of L-shaped carpenter framing squares in aligned relationships in fixed or sliding relationships. Outer perpendicular legs of the squares align in various ways for a variety of measuring, marking, cutting, and jigging functions. Vertical holes in the fixture allow pivotal connection of the fixture to external surfaces and to another fixture for circular and angular functions. Rigid orthogonal interconnection of two fixtures enables rectangular functions.

Abstract: The invention relates to an optical marking device having at least one light source (20, 22, 24; 32, 34, 36), and having means for generating a first optical projection line (26) on a reference face (10), as well as means for generating a second optical projection line (30) on the same reference face (10), and the second optical projection line (30) forms an angle of 90° with the first projection line (26). According to the invention, it is proposed that means (20, 22, 24; 32, 34, 36) are present which generate a third projection line (28), and the third projection line assumes an angle of 45° to the first optical projection line (26) and an angle of 45° to the second optical projection line (30). The invention also relates to a tool device having an optical marking device of this kind.

A shaft arranged on the center point of the rack is connected with and supported by a seat on the base to form a pivot point for rotation. Each of the two sides of the balancing stand is disposed symmetrically with a magnetic block with the same weight so that the balancing stand is in a balance status while the northern and southern poles of the two magnetic blocks are in the same direction. Abstract: A slope level for measuring the slope of a surface is provided. The slope level includes a body having a front face and a back face and defining a first planar measurement surface. A transparent arced tube is disposed in an opening in the body. An aperture in at least one side of the level frame can allow for viewing of an arced tube through a clear cover protecting the tube. The clear cover may comprise a plastic material positioned between the side of the frame and filler material inside the frame and defining the groove, with the portion of the clear cover at the aperture extending outward so that the clear cover is flush with the side of the frame.

Abstract: A tool may be easily used to determine the size and shape of an opening and transfer these dimensions to a piece of material which is to be cut to fill the opening. The tool is particularly suited to fitting tile around walls, doors, and the like and for then marking the tile for cutting. Abstract: A coordinate measuring machine to determine the coordinates of a number of points on the surface of a measured object, includes a support beam, supporting a measuring head over the surface of a support table that supports the test object. The measuring machine is constructed from separately manufactured units, which include at least a support beam, a measurement trolley and a measurement head. The support beam supports the measurement trolley, which is displaceable along the support beam. The measurement trolley in turn supports the measurement head. The beam, head and trolley are individually calibrated, and the trolley includes both mechanical and electrical attachment points for the head and the beam, where the mechanical attachment points are designed such that no geometric deformation can take place when these units are joined together such that the units, which have been individually manufactured, can be simply joined to the coordinate measuring machine.

A processing unit is operatively connected to the sensing unit and display unit to provide a digital readout of the position of the sensing unit. A switch is connected to the processing unit and is adapted to provide a zero or reference setting position.

The bar-shaped workpiece is rolled onto a roller, and then the outer tube member is peeled off. Next, the bar-shaped workpiece is subjected to a cutting process so that it is formed into an elongated bar. Then, a magnetic section of the elongated bar is magnetized into a scale structure.

Abstract: A trenching assembly featuring a novel auger arrangement. The arrangement comprises an auger assembly and a digging chain rotatably connected to a trenching boom. The digging chain rotates, driven by a motor, to dislodge soil and creating a trench. The dislodged soil, or spoil, builds up near a projected path of the digging chain. The auger assembly operates to move the spoil from a projected path of the trench. The auger rotates independently from the digging chain and is positioned such that a projected width of the digging chain intersects a threaded length of the auger assembly. The auger may rotate faster than if driven by the digging chain, allowing the auger to have a smaller diameter than conventional augers. Further, the auger can be used in conjunction with a backfill blade to refill cleaned trenches without operation of the digging chain.

The base includes an ironing plate, a heating element, a steam chamber, and a plurality of steam spray ports. The drip-collecting unit cooperates with the water reservoir to define a drip passage. When the temperature of the ironing plate reaches a temperature value, an automatic control unit automatically opens the drip valve so as to allow for flow of water from the water reservoir into the drip chamber via the drip passage. A stop valve is operable to move between an open position whereat flow of water from the drip chamber into the steam chamber is allowed, and a closed position whereat flow of water from the drip chamber into the steam chamber is prevented.

Abstract: The present invention relates to tickets for events, and in particular to a method for fulfilling a ticket order from a customer and to an integrated ticket and ticket-carrier. The method for fulfilling a ticket order includes the steps of receiving ticket data from or relating to a customer and electronically providing the ticket data to a ticket service provider to produce a ticket in accordance with the ticket data and introduce the ticket into a postal or similar delivery system for delivery to the customer. Such a method has the result of separating the ticket production and distribution functions from the ticket originating function. The integrated ticket and ticket carrier includes a foldable sheet having an arrangement of perforations or other frangible elements defining at least one ticket area that is readily removable from the sheet. This avoids the need for a separate ticket wallet, and allows minimal stock types to be used to provide unlimited quantities and varieties of tickets.

The card may include two integral panels and a brace formed from one of the panels, the brace being constructed to be partially separated along a perforated or cut edge or edges and bent so as to extend from one panel to the other panel. A slit may be formed in the brace to receive an edge of a panel and/or a slit may also be formed in one of the panels. An alternative card is formed with a brace that is totally separated from a panel, the panels each including a slit to receive an edge of the brace. The brace may also have a pair of slits to align and be received by the panel slits. In another embodiment, the brace is V-shaped and formed of material having a memory such that when fastened to a card, the brace places the card in a stable stance.

In one embodiment, a frameless display fixture includes first and second panels fastened to one another proximal their upper edges, recesses adapted to receive retail merchandise integrally formed along a front side of the panel, and mating portions proximal their lower edge which interlock with a substantially rigid base unit such that the lower edges of the panels are held a fixed distance from one another. The first and second panels may be substantially mutually self-supporting so as to form a frameless display fixture.

After catching a fish, the recorded data is transmitted from the lure to a handheld control unit. The handheld control unit is also capable of recording location (via GPS), fish weight, water quality, and an out-of-water picture of the fish. The data stored by the handheld control unit is transmitted (via a wireless or wired network) and recorded in an Internet database. The lure can also be controlled to release a hook that becomes irretrievably stuck in an underwater obstruction. The path of the lure in the water can also be controlled.
