Abstract: A workpiece-treating machine has a pair of longitudinally extending and transversely spaced upright walls and a plurality of horizontal transverse webs bridging the walls and forming therewith a rigid elongated frame defining at one longitudinal end a receiving station, at an opposite longitudinal end an output station, between the receiving station and output station a pair of longitudinally spaced working stations, and a transfer station between the working stations. A workpiece is introduced into the frame at the receiving station and taken out at the output station. A guide above all the stations carries mounts shiftable along the guides above the stations. Respective grippers shiftable vertically along vertical rails on the mounts can hold the workpieces in the working stations for action by tools therein and carry the workpieces longitudinally from station to station.

  • Patent number: 7493692
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a heating panel. The method comprises preparing upper and lower moulds corresponding to the upper and lower plates, injecting a plastic material into the moulds to produce semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates, and bonding the semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates to produce the heating panel. The heating panel comprises a uniform fluid pathway formed therein, and allows uniform flow of heating fluid. The heating panel is manufactured by injection molding, thereby preventing blockage of the heating panel to ensure uniform flow of heating fluid. In addition, since the upper and lower plates are formed to a uniform thickness by injection molding, the method of the present invention enables precise forming of the heating panel, thereby allowing a constant tolerance and high quality of the heating panel.

  • Patent number: 7493724
Abstract: A fishing lure oscillator, comprising a bent, oblonged, essentially elliptical foil having relatively uniform thickness. Near one end of the foil, a connection is made to an appendage, and near the opposite end of the foil a connection is made to another appendage. Both appendages, serving as a framing device to support the foil, originate from a common base which is adapted to be joined with a fishing lure. When joined with a lure and pulled through a body of water, an outwardly contoured portion of the foil is disposed directly against the flow of water whereby the force of water against the resisting face of the foil causes the foil to pivot freely within the framing device, thus transferring the resulting oscillation to the lure for the purpose of attracting and catching fish.

Abstract: An extendable and retractable enclosure provides an additional storage or work area in a structure which has a limited amount of available space, such as a motor home or trailer. The enclosure is installed in an opening, such as for a window, and can be selectively moved to an extended position where the enclosure extends outside the structure, or to a retracted position where the enclosure is positioned inside the structure. Two spaced apart swing arms pivotally mount the enclosure to the structure, and allow the enclosure to be selectively moved to the extended or retracted positions.

  • Patent number: 7493728
Abstract: A gutter descent assembly (20) designed to collect rainwater falling down a house roof surface (22), the assembly comprising an upper part (26) joining at a gutter exit (23), a lower part having a faucet (30), and a descent exit (38), the three of them made in usual sheet metal. The collection of water is obtained by means of internal components forming an internal channel: a funnel (48) directs the gutter water towards an internal pipe (37), then towards the faucet (30). The water is conveyed from the faucet by a hose (34) to a tank (36). When the tank is full, or if the water runs too fast to be drained by the internal channel, apertures (50) made at the funnel (38) base allow the draining by an annular duct situated between the internal pipe (37) and the sheet metal, for directing towards the descent exit (38).

  • Patent number: 7493729
Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved commercial rooftop enclosure that utilizes a roof and wall panel design incorporated with structurally bent rails connecting the panel assemblies to each other and to a corrugated panel steel base. This forms the enclosure into a torsion box style building wherein the strength of the enclosure is derived from its overall “unibody” style construction. With this design the rooftop enclosure offers a lower overall profile, reduced weight and increased structural strength over its conventional counterparts.
