Abstract: Disclosed is an air supplying device for a welding mask, capable of supplying clean air into a face shield of the welding mask. According to an embodiment of the present invention, more specifically, the air supplying device comprises a housing connected to the face shield, a connection member connected to a supply port of the housing, a first opening/closing member connected to a first outlet part of the housing, and a second opening/closing member connected to a second outlet of the housing. Therefore, the air supplying device is capable of conveniently adjusting direction of a bellows hose connected to supply the air and also adjusting quantity and direction of the air being supplied.

That the person wearing Burp Cloth with Strap can move burp cloth with strap easily from one shoulder to the another for comfort or convenience without burp cloth falling off when handling a baby. To use the invention, one places the Burp cloth on one's shoulder and then attaches the Strap. Many forms of fastening the strap to the burp cloth are included in the invention. The knit construction of the inner thermal layer provides stretch in at least a width direction, in harmony with the shell layer, and the inner thermal layer has a raised surface facing inwardly, away from the shell layer. The raised surface includes a plurality of discrete pillar regions of sinker loop yarn arranged in a grid or box pattern and configured to form a plurality of intersecting channels between a wearer's body and the inner thermal layer. The intermediate layer has controlled air permeability, including zero air permeability. One or more of the outer, inner, and intermediate layers include flame retardant material.

Abstract: The present invention Cushion Cover is a thin reusable soft fabric cover to be fitted around the waist of the patient which will preserve dignity and ensure privacy when wearing hospital gowns open in the rear. It is used by adult and children. Adults size (drawstring: 60 inches long; fabric 45 inches in width and 17 inches in length) (FIG. 1); children size (drawstring: 35 inches long; fabric 25 inches in width and 13 inches in length)(FIG. 2). Adults size are one size fits all. Children size are one size fits all. The article will cover only the buttocks of the patient and does not restrict doctor's exam to patient's lower body. The article will not interfere during radiological exams or treatments.

The glove preferably also has a cuff secured to an open end of the outer glove layer by a second seam stitched with the high strength thread.

Abstract: My invention the Locks Down is a head covering consisting of: a hooded portion that sits on top of the wearers head, a back portion containing a pocket/passageway for the hair/braids to pass through, middle and bottom straps positioned on the back portion of the invention to hold the hair/braids in place. The method of application of this invention is as such: the wearer puts their hand through the passageway grabbing their hair and pulling it through the passageway. Then the hooded portion is pulled towards the top of the wearers head and positioned on top of head. Next the straps on the hooded portion are tied behind the wearers head securing the invention in place. Then the middle and bottom straps are snapped beneath the pocketed portion of the invention, between the back of the wearers neck and the invention keeping the hair/braids secure. The invention can be made from many different materials, such as cotton, leather, terry cloth and water resistant fabrics.

Abstract: A urination device that permits a woman to direct her urine into a toilet while in the standing position is disclosed. The device is generally funnel-shaped in configuration with an elongated lip portion at its entrance and is formed from biodegradable material so as to be readily disposable. The exposed edges of the device are rolled to prevent the creation of any discomfort or irritation when the device is used. An absorbent material is attached to the outer surface of the device for personal wiping purposes. The elongated lip portion can be folded onto the funnel-shaped portion creating a compact unit for carrying purposes.

Abstract: An odour extraction device (1) for a toilet having a pan (2) and a cistern (4) is disclosed. The extraction device (1) includes an inlet (3) and an outlet (5). The inlet (3) is adapted for gas communication with an interior of the toilet pan (2) above the water level in the pan (2). The outlet (5) is in gas communication with the inlet (3). The outlet (5) is also adapted for gas communication with a sewerage pipe (6). A suction means, in the form of an impeller fan (7), is provided intermediate the inlet (3) and the outlet (5) for drawing gas from within the pan (2) in through the inlet (3) and out through the outlet (5). To prevent backflow of unpleasant odours from the sewerage pipe (6) to the pan (2), a one way valve (8) is provided between the inlet (3) and the outlet (5).

Abstract: The present invention comprises an apparatus for opening and closing a toilet seat and lid. The apparatus comprises a clamp and a handle which attaches to a toilet lid. A user may open and close a toilet seat and/or lid by grasping the handle, in lieu of directly touching the toilet seat or lid. In preferred embodiments, the clamp contains a wireless controlled lever and motion detector which senses when a user moves away from the toilet, and automatically closes the toilet seat and or lid.

The button is configured to pivot with respect to a housing when the full flush portion is engaged.

The power unit further includes an air compressor to create a pressurized air. Air compression typically increases the temperature of the air flow, however it is also desired to further heat the pressurized air before introducing the air into the flexible air hose. The flexible air hose is connected to a water jet board. The flexible air hose has a first and second connector, one at each end. The water jet board is comprised of a bottom plate laminated to a top plate. The hydro-jet board is constructed by laminating two pre-formed plastic sheets to create the specific air channels thereby supplying pulsating water jets at specific zones.

The user therefore enjoys a cleaner shower experience because of the lack of body contact with the shower curtain and the reduction of mold growth on the shower curtain.

In one embodiment, the bed skirt enhancing apparatus comprises multiple layers of rigid material gathered and joined together forming a ruffled, multi-layered sheath. The sheath spans a distance sufficient to surround a perimeter of a box spring of a mattress. A band or planar piece of fabric may be used for securing the sheath to the box spring. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, a ruffle insert for placement beneath a bed skirt comprises a planar panel, and a suspended ruffle skirt; whereby said suspended ruffle skirt comprises multiple layers of material; and whereby said multiple layers of material are held together by at least one monofilament latitudinal band.

The mobile seat shifts to different positions prior to and after shift based on the set value of the rotational cycle, and this rotational cycle is accurately controlled. The head position or posture happens through different positioning of the mobile seat prior to and after shift, thus helping to stop the snore with improved applicability.

Abstract: A pressure dispersion system includes a pressure dispersion pad and a pressure dispersing mattress system for body support and sleep. The pressure dispersion pad and pressure dispersing mattress systems reduce pressure points from a supported body to less than approximately 32 mm Hg to reduce or eliminate capillary closing and a resultant reduction in pressure concentration and resultant discomfort and repositioning during sleep. Empirical design from human body pressure mapping is used to identify support zones for which components are selected and assembled in the pressure dispersion support systems for pressure dispersion and relief. In a pressure dispersion support system in the form of a mattress, multiple zones are defined by arrangement of different kinds of support materials, including foam tops such as memory foam or moderate to low density polyurethane, and secondary foam layers or foam base of relatively higher density polyurethane and latex.

Disclosed herein is a dye composition comprising an indole-derived styryl dye comprising an alkylene linker, and a dyeing process with, for example, a lightening effect on keratin materials such as hair, using said composition. Disclosed herein are novel indole-derived styryl dyes comprising an alkylene linker and the uses thereof in lightening keratin materials. This composition makes it possible to obtain a coloring with a lightening effect which can be resistant and visible on dark keratin fibers.

The method comprises the steps of (a) providing a plastic article comprising a thermoset or thermoplastic polymer; (b) contacting at least a portion of the surface of said plastic article with a treatment composition comprising at least one dye and water; (c) maintaining said portion of said plastic article in contact with said treatment composition for a period of time at least sufficient to form a tinted plastic article; (d) removing said tinted plastic article from contact with said treatment composition; and (e) rinsing said tinted plastic article with water to remove excess dye. The method is carried out in the absence of an organic solvent, without the need for fixing or further processing steps.

Abstract: A fluid distribution system for controlling the operation of a swimming pool cleaning device includes a housing having an inlet for receiving a supply of pressurized fluid, a plurality of outlet openings and a valve chamber between the inlet and outlet openings. The housing has at least one compound cylinder having two portions with different bore diameters for slideably accommodating therein a mating stepped piston. Each portion of the compound cylinder fluidly communicates with pressurized water in the valve chamber via associated fluid pathways. The larger cylinder is vented by a relief valve actuated by a fluid driven cam that periodically opens and closes the relief valve. When the relief valve is closed, the pressure within the large cylinder pushes the piston to a first position which effects the opened/closed status of a port, e.g., allowing one of the outlets to communicate with the pressurized water in the valve chamber.

The change in the rainfall state is derived from the wiper operation delay time and the amount of water wiped by the wiper to appropriately control the wiper in response to the change in the rainfall state.
