Abstract: The invention provides a unique identifying device that differentiates identical or similar beverage containers. In the case of cans, bottles, boxes, or pouches, a highly preferred band composition is elastic alternated with other material, preferably ribbon that will accept printing or writing. The invention is further a set of such bands, each with its own design, placed around the outside of individual containers to enable users to distinguish their beverage from others that are in the same type of container. The invention has the advantage of being quick and easy to use, and is inexpensive enough to be disposable. It is an object of the invention to identify individual beverage containers using a unique identifying device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wooden patch and a manufacturing method thereof using a laser. The wooden patch is adhered to clothes, shoes, and headgear as an accessory. In the manufacturing method, since a predetermined pattern is processed on the wooden patch by a laser, the wooden patch may be cut out without cracks or thermal transformation, raised and depressed portion may be variously formed, and grayscales may be realized. In addition, since a resin patch portion is provided to a rear surface of the wooden patch and the wooden patch is adhered to a product by a self-adhesive characteristic or a thermal process, a fabric panel may not be deteriorated, and a wearer may not be hurt. Further, environmentally-friendly beauty may be provided.

The main body (11) comprises at least a tread surface (Ha) and a hollow portion (lib) extending vertically with an internal thread (111), whilst the spacer (12) has an external thread (121) matching that of the hollow portion (lib) of the main body (11), allowing the spacer (12) and the hollow portion (lib) to be screwed together The hollow portion (lib) and the spacer (12) also have ends (112,122) which do not interact, shaped to match one another, to allow vertical stacking of two or more steps (10), thus obtaining a modular staircase (1), complete with a landing (20) produced in a similar way to the step (10).

Abstract: The instant invention includes a flexible fire-resistant thermally insulated composite structure designed in some embodiments to pass through an opening. The structure may be self-supporting due to the stiffness of various layers, and battens may contribute to the self-supporting capacity of the structure. The flexible composite structure may have a collapsed transit configuration, allowing the structure to be compressed to more easily pass it through an opening, a rotable attachment to allow the structure to rotate away from the opening, and a releasable attachment for attaching the structure around an opening periphery. In another embodiment, the structure may also include a bottom and such a structure could provide shelter in conditions ranging from ambient environmental conditions to the extreme heat of certain fires. The insulative structures of the instant invention are not limited to embodiments designed to rest on generally horizontal surfaces.

Abstract: A sealing joint for a window assembly is including a screen and a window pane covering the screen is provided. The sealing joint includes an actuator for positioning the window pane between the open and closed positions, a plate mounted to the window assembly, the plate lying substantially in the plane of the screen, the plate comprising an opening. The sealing member also includes a sealing member being sized and shaped so as to cover the opening, the sealing member being adapted to slide over the plate while maintaining contact therewith and continuing to cover the opening. The sealing member includes an aperture being shaped and sized so as to receive the actuator therewithin. The actuator extends through the opening and the aperture. A window assembly comprising the sealing joint and a kit for a sealing joint are also provided.

Abstract: A non-metallic electrical box, composed of a hard and durable plastic material, molded and shaped into a housing of two sections, that when installed onto a wall stud, becomes a receptacle for installing an electrical switch, outlet or other electrical device in the first section, and the second section, being that part of the box that attaches to the stud, becomes a cavity or channel by which other unrelated wiring can pass through the box along the center line of the stud in a neat and more efficient and direct manner, as opposed to the currently acceptable practice of looping the wires around the box.

Abstract: The invention disclosed herein is directed to a fire retardant head-of-wall assembly configured to seal a linear head-of-wall construction joint or gap when exposed to a heat source such as a building fire. The inventive fire retardant head-of-wall assembly comprises a header track having an elongated intumescent strip affixed lengthwise on at least one of the outer sidewall surfaces of the header track. When exposed to a heat source such as a building fire, the intumescent strip is able to expand so as to at least partially fill the head-of-wall construction joint or gap; and in so doing, retard or prevent the spread of smoke and fire. The inventive fire retardant head-of-wall assembly has been certified as complaint with respect to Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.'s standards set forth in its Tests for Fire Resistance of Building Joint Systems—UL 2079.

Abstract: A building product is configured for attachment to a surface of a building. In one example, the building product includes a siding product including a first side and a second side. In one example, the siding product is a pultruded product. A first engagement feature is disposed on or near the first side. A second engagement feature is disposed on or near the second side. The second engagement feature is configured to selectively frictionally engage with the first engagement feature of another similar siding product such that any curvature in the siding product increases frictional engagement between the siding product and the other similar siding product. In one example, the building product includes a spacer clip for attachment of the building product to the surface of the building.
