The pairs of the positioning elements are formed in the base. The clip is rotatably mounted on the base and includes a fastener and two resilient elements. The fastener extends from the clip and is rotatably inserted into the hole of the base. The resilient elements are formed on the clip and selectively engage one pair of the positioning elements of the base. Therefore, the clip can be adjusted to and fixed at a desired position relative to the base such that use of the clip assembly is very practical.

Abstract: When a pretensioner is activated, a buckle main body experiences abrupt acceleration in a direction toward webbing. An inertial amass body of a stopper member is then rotated toward a frame member against an urging force of a torsion spring urged through a lever member. Further, the lever member abutting on the stopper member is also rotated toward the frame member, making each projecting piece face each abutment portion of a slide button. Further, when the slide button is slidingly moved against an urging force of a button spring, each abutment portion makes contact with each projecting piece of the lever member, stopping the slide movement of the slide button. Thus, unintentional disengagement between a latch and a tongue plate can be prevented.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a tying lace constructed of an outer braided cover having a first thread type and a second thread type. The second thread type is formed from a different material and/or has a different cross-sectional area than the first thread type. In an exemplary embodiment, the cross-sectional area is at least twice that of the first thread type. Additionally, the second thread type may be of a material having higher elastic properties and/or a greater coefficient of friction than the first thread type. Further, in an exemplary embodiment, the tying lace is constructed with an elastic core extending the length of the tying lace.

A surface of the pattern layer includes a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions which are alternately arranged on the pattern layer. The glue layer, the pattern layer and the transparent layer are fixed in sequence on the predetermined location of the lace body by thermal pressing. A plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions are formed on a surface of the transparent layer which are alternately arranged on the surface of the transparent layer, so that the concave portions or the convex portions can refract light through the first portions and the second portions in accordance with changes of user's view angle.

Abstract: Spacing of metal oxide varistors (“MOVs”) when used for surge suppression or surge protection will determine the number that can be used and the amount of protection achieved in a limited space. By changing the way the leads are attached to the metal oxide varistors (“MOVs”), tighter spacing, higher densities, and more surge suppression and protection can be placed in the same sized location.

Abstract: A blind-rivet gun includes a gun header, a cylinder, a piston, and a tube. The cylinder is separated from the gun header. The piston includes a piston header. The piston header and an inner surface of the cylinder form a seal to divide the cylinder into a first air chamber and a second air chamber. The cylinder includes a first gas hole and a second gas hole. The first gas hole is connected to the first air chamber, and the second gas hole is connected to the second air chamber. The piston is adapted to slide in the cylinder to generate inner high pressure gas by alternatively supplying outer high pressure gas to the first gas hole or the second gas hole. The tube is connected to the gun header and the cylinder. The tube transmits inner high pressure from the cylinder to the gun header.

Abstract: A fastener extraction device includes a body configured for attachment to a power driver tool, and allows a rotating chuck provided thereby to extend therethrough. The extraction device includes a plurality of spring-biased grasping arms that are pivotably attached to the body and are moved between opened and closed positions by a actuation collar that is in operative engagement with the grasping arms. When the grasping arms are moved to a closed position, the extraction guides form an extraction aperture around the shank of the fastener below its head, allowing the operator to pull on the fastener using the leverage of the power driver tool to extract it from a surface in which it is embedded. Once the fastener is extracted, the actuation collar is rotated, so as to allow the grasping arms to move to an open position, whereupon the extraction guides release the fastener.
