Abstract: A brewing device includes a brewing cylinder and a piston received in and reciprocally movable inside the brewing cylinder. The brewing device is connected to a water supply device that supplies a liquid to the brewing cylinder. The piston includes a piston head that is hollow and includes a bar mounted to an inside wall thereof and a piston rod that forms a pivot hole rotatably jointed to the bar to allow the bar to do movement. The piston rod forms a lid at a location close to the pivot hole that selectively sets the piston in a closed condition, whereby through change of position of the lid by the piston rod, the piston is switchably set in an open configuration and a closed configuration for readily controlling amount of water contained in the brewing cylinder to meet various conditions for different quantities of brewing water.

Abstract: A device for cooking cannoli shells is comprised of a rack, a plurality of clips, a plurality of rods and a handle. The clips are attached to the upper side of the rack. The clips releasably secure the rods at a central section of each rod. The rods are shaped such that cannoli dough in the shape of a cannoli shell may be placed on each end of each rod, for a total of two shells per rod. The handles allow the device to be inserted into and removed from hot cooking oil. When the device is placed within a frying pan, the cannoli dough shell wraps on the rods are submerged below the surface of the cooking oil. Multiple racks may be releasably attached to each other to form a multiple tiered device which can be used with a frying pan deep enough to accommodate the device.

Abstract: A disc hub assembly includes a shouldered spindle that is secured to a disc opener frame and to which a depth adjustment arm and a gauge wheel arm are connected. The disc hub, to which a ground opener disc is mounted, is disposed on the spindle in a manner that allows the disc to rotate around the spindle. A gauge wheel is connected to the gauge wheel arm. When the depth adjustment arm is rotated between depth setting positions the gauge wheel arm is also rotated. As the gauge wheel is connected to the gauge wheel arm, rotation of the gauge wheel arm causes rotation of the gauge wheel. The depth adjustment arm is spring biased into engagement with an arc of notches on the disc opener frame. The notches define a range of positions at which the depth adjustment arm may be positioned.

Abstract: An adjusting structure for a swing arm and a swinging center that control travel of a sewing machine comprises an adjusting apparatus and corresponding structures cooperating with the adjusting apparatus. The adjusting apparatus is provided on the pivotal portion with a sliding groove and a sliding block that can horizontally slide with respect to each other. Between the sliding groove and the sliding block are further provided an adjusting bolt and an elastic element. By rotating the adjusting bolt, the relative position between the swinging center around which the whole swing arm pivots and the whole structure of the swing arm can be changed in the horizontal direction accurately and conveniently, thus assuredly adjusting the start point of the travel of the presser foot, achieving the objective of accursedly adjusting position of the travel sensing apparatus.
