A typical application would be to process a plant to leave only trimmed buds and flowers for use in potpourri, fragrant sashes, or as a prelude to further processing of essential oils. The invention enables faster and safer production of plant material than prior plant processing machines. The apparatus employs an original combination of a slotted metal drum and a lawn mower type cutting reel that are rotated in the same direction, but at different speeds, to create a cutting interface that shears the unwanted plant material off and then collect this debris though a novel vacuum manifold into a waste collection device. The cutting interface between the slotted drum and the cutting reel is adjustable to keep the distance between the two between 0.002 and 0.006 inches for a very sharp and clean cut.

Abstract: An exhaust gas condensate control method includes selecting modeling objects from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, acquiring control factors from the modeling objects, such as mass, temperature, pressure, absolute humidity, relative humidity, partial water vapor pressure of the exhaust gas and a gas mixture, calculating an estimated relative humidity value, a desired relative humidity value from estimated relative humidity value, and an allowable relative humidity limit and a current relative humidity value of the EGR system, and precluding production of condensate in the EGR system by feedback-controlling the intake air flow rate of a mixing pipe line, the opening amount of an LP-EGR (low pressure) valve, and boost pressure by using an applied control value compensating the desired relative humidity value. An EGR system may be an LP-EGR type or an HP-EGR (high pressure)+LP-EGR type.

Abstract: When an output value of an exhaust resistance sensor 34 has reached or exceeded a set value ?Pa, a controller 20 executes recovery control of a filter of an exhaust gas purification device 32 after conducting exhaust temperature increasing control by operating a pump discharge pressure increasing device (solenoid proportional valve) 38 so that exhaust gas temperature as an output value of an exhaust temperature sensor 33 reaches a preset value Ta. Thus, the recovery process of the exhaust gas purification device can be executed with reliability by increasing the exhaust gas temperature irrespective of the operating environment and the fuel consumption can be kept at a minimum necessary level.

Abstract: The invention concerns a drive train, in particular for a motor vehicle, having a heat flow generating drive motor; having a steam engine in a steam circuit, in which a working fluid is evaporated and is expanded in the steam engine; having a evaporator, which is arranged in the steam circuit and is operated with at least one portion of the heat flow, so as to evaporate the working fluid; wherein the evaporator comprises an inlet for liquid working fluid and an outlet for evaporated working fluid. The invention is characterised in that that the evaporator moreover comprises an auxiliary outlet, via which a portion of the heated working fluid is guided through the inlet into the first evaporator and is discharged with the heat flow, before the residual working fluid in the evaporator is further evaporated by means of the heat flow.
