Abstract: A protective helmet having a cover plate over a front vision area and a cover plate knock out assembly for moving the cover plate a predetermined distance away from the helmet so that a finger of a user can get behind the cover plate to enable its removal from the front vision area of the helmet. The cover plate knock out assembly comprises a slide/pushbutton element and a light blocking cover. The slide pushes the cover plate away from the helmet when the push button portion is pressed. The cover plate made of clear plastic comprises a spring tendency when slightly compressed when attached to the helmet thereby pushing the slide into a resting position in the helmet.

Abstract: A towel that can be converted into a hood is disclosed. The towel can be used as a shoulder cape and as a hood. When being used as a shoulder cape the towel can have a pouch to hold long hair when wet. The towel can also include accessories such as shoulder warmers.

Abstract: A method to manufacture a distinctive high visibility affinity security identification garment. The method comprises the steps of providing a first white fabric having a brightness in the range of 230 to 255 in the brightness scale extending from 0 to 255; and, providing a second fabric having a predominant cool, calming color selected from a group consisting of blue, gray, and blue gray, said predominant cool color having a brightness of at least 190 in the brightness scale extending from 0 to 255, and having a linear pattern formed thereon, said pattern including at least one set of spaced apart generally parallel refined lines. The pieces of fabric are cut and assembled to provide a shirt having mirror image areas each made of a different one of the first and second fabrics.

Abstract: Disclosed are appendage mountable electronic systems and related methods for covering and conforming to an appendage surface. A flexible or stretchable substrate has an inner surface for receiving an appendage, including an appendage having a curved surface, and an opposed outer surface that is accessible to external surfaces. A stretchable or flexible electronic device is supported by the substrate inner and/or outer surface, depending on the application of interest. The electronic device in combination with the substrate provides a net bending stiffness to facilitate conformal contact between the inner surface and a surface of the appendage provided within the enclosure. In an aspect, the system is capable of surface flipping without adversely impacting electronic device functionality, such as electronic devices comprising arrays of sensors, actuators, or both sensors and actuators.

Abstract: A hosiery device having gel pads disposed along the bottom. The device has at least one leg portion with a footed portion disposed at the bottom. It may be a pair of leggings such as pantyhose or may be a single leg stocking. Gel pads are integrated into the bottom of the footed portions in key areas that correspond to load-bearing portions of a user's foot. The gel pads are formed around the underlying hosiery fabric, creating an integrated pad that is not easily removable. Pads may be positioned along the ball, heel, toes, or entire sole of the foot. The device provides therapeutic relief of muscle tension and stress by cushioning the parts of the foot that bear a person's weight.

Abstract: Footwear for use in resistance band training includes plural spaced straps extending loosely over the instep. Each strap is circumscribed by a connection ring freely movable along the strap such that, when the ring is pulled by an applied force, the ring traverses the strap and is repositioned according to the direction of the force. The user may alternatively select any of the straps to engage a resistance band. A belt for connection to the straps includes a band connection ring movable to different positions on the belt. A pad may be positioned over a front belt ring to comfortably project the band away from the user's body. The footwear and belt may be used with a vest connected to limbs and extremities to body parts for a full body workout.

Abstract: A device for spraying an inner surface of a wall of an enclosure with a fluid is disclosed. The device includes a reservoir for the fluid, a nozzle assembly through which the fluid can be sprayed on the inner surface of the wall of the enclosure, a fluid conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir and the nozzle, a pump for delivering fluid from the reservoir through the fluid conduit and to the nozzle when the pump assembly is activated, and a controller in electrical communication with the pump wherein the controller executes a stored program to activate and deactivate the pump. The nozzle assembly includes a nozzle which directs the fluid in a fluid path, and the nozzle assembly further includes a deflection shield that is dimensioned to contact and redirect fluid in the fluid path, and the nozzle assembly further includes mounting structure for attaching the nozzle near the inner surface of the wall of the enclosure. The flow off of the deflector shield is laminar.

The lock catch has an elastic body and a lock piece to limit the sliding of the lock bar and a pivot shaft, which is plugged to the end of the lock bar in sliding way. The lock piece in the end of the lock bar is disposed with a lock hole.

The sofa frame includes first and second arm portions, and a backrest portion extending therebetween. The main support frame is connected to at least one of the first and second arm portions to fixedly connect the main support frame to the sofa frame. The bed frame includes a first section and a second section pivotally connected to the first section via a hinge. The sleeper sofa further includes a guide plate defining an arcuate guide slot, which communicates with a guide post connected to the second section of the bed frame. The guide post travels in the guide slot to lower and raise the second section of the bed frame as the bed frame moves between the retracted and extended positions.

Abstract: The top frame of a crib includes a locking unit pivotably connected between first and second ends of a first side of the top frame. A pivotal unit is pivotably connected between first and second ends of a second side of the top frame. The locking unit securely connects the first and second ends of the first side, while the pivotal unit is only pivotably connected between the first and second ends of the second side and cannot secure the first and second ends of the second side. The top frame is folded by releasing the locking unit only. This is convenient for the user who has one hand holding the baby and uses the other hand to fold the top frame of the crib.

Abstract: A crib liner and method of lining an infant crib are provided that greatly reduce the risk of an infant injury resulting from an infant's arm or legs extending through the slats or rails or a crib. The crib liner is provided with a plurality of panels that can have a perforated section and a cushioned section. The plurality of panels may be separated into individual panels by a plurality of stabilizers. The crib liner may be attached to the crib by at least one fastener. The fastener may be located in any area that allows the crib liner to be removably secured attached to the crib.

The composition includes an oxidizing agent such as peroxides, a cell-lysing agent, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a thickener, and other optional ingredients that are selectively employed to achieve an aqueous based composition that exhibits good shelf stability and stain removal properties. The thickening agent may include a cellulosic or clay material, starch, gum, fatty acid, fatty alcohol, hydrophilic colloidal particles, polyoxyethylene glycol or polyoxyethylene glycol derivatives including fatty acid esters and ethers, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A cleaning system. The system has a floor cleaning device, disposable floor sheet removably attachable to the device and a rotatable beater bar. The device has a single wheel, and moves on the target surface by rolling action of the wheel and gliding of the floor sheet. This arrangement, not having multiple wheels, provides enhanced maneuverability, and improves cleaning performance. The cleaning system may be used to clean hard surfaces, such as a floor.

Abstract: An oral care implement or toothbrush 100 includes a head 104, a tooth cleaning element region 116 and a tissue cleaning element region 114. The tissue cleaning element region 114 includes a plurality of flexible, angled projections 120. The projections 120 are configured to flex from an at-rest position to a substantially flat position when the tissue cleaning element region 114 is in contact with the tongue and is pushed into the mouth. The projections 120 are also configured to flex to a substantially upright position when the tissue cleaning element region 114 is in contact with the tongue and is pulled out of the mouth. This arrangement aids in preventing debris from being pushed into the mouth and in removing debris from the mouth and tongue. The flexible projections 120 may be used in conjunction with rigid projections 122 having a generally vertical configuration to aid in removing debris from the mouth and in engaging the cheek to improve saliva production during brushing.

Abstract: The tips of pointed bristles are mechanically processed in order to remove any corroded threads or residual threads from the tip. Mechanically processed pointed bristles are fed to a receptacle recess of a tool in bundles, and aligned by means of a pin guided in the receptacle recess. The pointed bristles are pushed through the passage of the bristle carrier plate, and the end section are subsequently melted by means of a heating die in order to attach the pointed bristles to the bristle carrier plate. The mechanical processing of the tips of the bristles enables an error-free further processing of the pointed bristles utilizing the bristling method, particularly the AFT method.

Abstract: A shower ball structure includes a body, a bonder and an outer net. The body has a plurality of polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are made of recycled PET bottles. The polyester fibers are intertwined, stacked or woven with each other so that the body is formed as band-shaped. The polyester fibers define a plurality of grid members therebetween. The grid members are uniformly located on the body. The outer net covers the body. The outer net and the body are folded together again and again until the body with the outer net is formed as ball-shaped. The bonder tightly binds the middle part of the body with the outer net. Two sides of the body with the outer net are both fluffy because the polyester fibers are flexible. Thus a user pours the shower gel onto the shower ball structure to clean the dusts on the skin.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sole wipe configured to dispose one or more removable cleaning pads about the inside of a calf or lower leg of a user. The sole wipe may comprise a single or a plurality of removable cleaning pads. A plurality of cleaning pads may be disposed in a stacked configuration.
