Abstract: A V-pulley manufacturing process, including the following steps: forming a pulley: integrally forming a cylindrical pulley blank; machining V-belt grooves: cutting the external surface of the pulley blank to form a plurality of V-belt grooves matching a V belt; fine machining: cutting the external surface of the pulley blank and the side surfaces of the belt grooves, and cutting off a machining allowance; and shot blasting: placing the pulley in a shot blasting machine to form a rough shot blasting layer on the side surfaces of the V-belt grooves. The pulley manufactured through the above process has a high friction coefficient of the side surfaces of the belt grooves, and therefore has advantages of preventing slippage and having high transmission efficiency.

The universal joint can be advantageously retained inside two concentric spherical bearings (50a, 60a, 70a, 80a), thus making it possible to take up the axial forces in two directions. Abstract: An anti-walk pin assembly for securing a fire control group having a trigger, disconnector and hammer within a firearm. A lower receiver defines a fire control group receptacle for housing fire control group components. The lower receiver has trigger pin receiving openings each defining a trigger pin support surface. A trigger pin is received in the trigger pin receiving openings. The trigger and disconnector are pivotally mounted on the trigger pin. A threaded fastener engages with a threaded portion of the trigger pin support surface to restrict lateral movement of the trigger pin within the trigger pin receiving openings. Further optionally included are hammer pin receiving openings each defining a hammer pin support surface. A hammer pin is received in the hammer pin receiving openings. A threaded hammer fastener engages with a threaded portion of the hammer pin support surface to restrict lateral movement of the hammer pin.

The handgrip features a tool, in particular a melee component, stowed within a portion of the handgrip, the remaining portion of the melee component forming a finger guard. A latch is provided to hold the melee component in the stowed position. The interface of the melee component with the handgrip component may be either a rotatable interface, utilizing a lower pivot point and a latch such that the melee component may be rotated out of the handgrip or may be a sliding interface, with the melee component sliding within a provided trench. Two latching mechanisms for a rotating interface are disclosed. Other tools, such as bipods and flashlights, may be adapted to also fit the provided trench.

Abstract: A shotgun sound simulator comprises an donated enclosed tube defining a combustion chamber into which an ignitable mixture can be combusted. The tube also includes at least one baffle and an open end having a smaller diameter than the tube. The open end permits ignited gases to escape. By controlling the ratios of the tube diameter (TI), the outlet port diameter (OP), baffle opening diameter (BH), combustion chamber length (CC); and the distance from the combustion chamber to the outlet port (RC), a simulated shotgun sound can be produced upon combustion of a gas in the combustion chamber. Conveniently, the outlet port can be made to receive a training bumper that is launched when the gas is ignited.

Abstract: Disclosed is a live bait keeper having a cornerless interior and dynamic flow of ambient water through it for freshening the water and protecting bait against harm when the holder is in water. The holder has a hollow, disc-shaped keeper body having forward and aft ends and cornerless interior space. The keeper is buoyant. A top hatch accesses the interior where bait is held. In use, ports on the top-portion of the keeper vent air and water from the interior, and bottom-ports disposed toward the forward-end of the keeper allow water to enter the interior. A tether attachment is disposed on the bottom-portion at the forward end below the neutral buoyancy plane of the keeper body, and as a tether maintains the forward end into the wind and/or current, the keeper rocks fore and aft forcing water into the bottom-ports to provide dynamic water flow into the bait holder.
