The visor comprises a pair of upper and lower external layers and a core material formed between the pair of upper and lower external layers. The core material includes a base material formed of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabric and a variable resin layer formed by applying a thermoplastic resin having a low melting point onto the base material, The variable resin layer is formed of a low melting point thermoplastic polyester resin with a softening point of 80° C. to 110° C.

Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for headwear including a folding brim. For example, the headwear may include a headwear body including a crown, and a hat brim extending from the crown, the hat brim including one or more slits forming a hinge on an underside of the hat brim for folding the hat brim, each slit being reinforced with bias material along each edge of the slit and a center webbing over an opening formable under the slit when the brim is in a folded position, the bias material being coupled to an inner surface of each edge of the slit.

The shell has acclivities integrally formed therein to define features in the shell. Two alternative padding assemblies are disclosed. In a first alternative, the padding assemblies include a front liner installed in the brow area of the shell, a lateral padding assembly extending around the back inner surface of the shell and backed by an inflatable occipital pad, a crown shock absorber, and jaw pads. In a second alternative, the padding assemblies include an inner shell or bonnet comprising a left section, right section, and rear section, which are assembled together with a crown comfort layer and a rear comfort layer, and inserted into the shell. This alternative also includes jaw pads as in the first alternative.

Each pin may be extended and/or retracted by a programmable actuator array. When a pin is extended, at least a portion of the pin may extend through the hole with which it is aligned, such that at least a portion of the pin extends beyond the solid plate. A fraction of the total number of pins in the array of pins may be extended by the programmable actuator array. The particular pins that are to be extended may be based on a pattern for an article. A material that is to be used in constructing the article may be aligned using the extended pins.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a quick release buckle belt, comprising a strap and a buckle. The buckle includes a connecting piece and a buckle body. The connecting piece is firmly secured to one end of the strap, and the connecting piece is substantially made of non-metal materials. One end of the buckle body is configured to fasten or unfasten another end of the strap. Another end of the buckle body is configured to quickly attach to or detach from the connecting piece. The buckle body is made of metal materials unacceptable for metal detectors at security checkpoints. Therefore, a user who wears such belt needs to do before walking through the metal detectors is to remove the buckle body, without taking off the strap and the non-metallic connecting piece which is acceptable for the metal detector at security checkpoint.
