At another end, the tapered basket is narrower and the central gem stone sits there-within. The smaller gem stones cover at least some of the facets of the larger gem stone, with a continuous visual appearance between the smaller and larger gemstones making the central gem appear larger. The angle offset of the tables of the smaller stones can be equal to that one of an adjacent facet (adjacent by way of visual appearance or actual distance there-to), or an averaged angle of facets which generally face the respective smaller stone. The cover and the transverse pipe constitute a grip which has an opening corresponding in position to the button of the control device. Abstract: A comb includes three rows of outer and inner comb teeth, and a pitch dimension of the inner comb teeth is narrower than pitch dimensions of the outer comb teeth. Each inner comb tooth is formed with a stepped part at an intermediate position in a protruding direction thereof, and a height of a tip end of each comb tooth are different from each other and a depth of a tooth bottom are also different from each other. By providing the three rows and the stepped part, hair is easily caught with each comb tooth entirely. As a result, resistance can be increased, suitable tension can be obtained, and backcombed hair can easily be formed. Moreover, the height and depth of each tooth of the inner comb teeth are differentiated to distribute the resistance, fewer sweater-pill-like portions are generated, and backcombed hair can be formed uniformly.

Abstract: A method for obtaining a brush for nails of “fan-like” type starting from a brush of “round” or “flat” type having a plastically deformable handle and whose hairs are partially housed in a seat made in the handle starting from one end thereof. In particular, the seat includes a cavity delimited by a base and a side wall. The hairs of the brush penetrate the cavity by traversing an opening opposite the base. The method consists of compressing the handle of the brush at a section thereof adjacent to the opening of the seat and arranged at a certain distance from the base. The compression has sufficient intensity to plastically deform the handle and cause a flattening of the hair housing seat due to which the hairs assume a divergent configuration. The brush thus becomes of “fan-like” type.

Abstract: A customizable backpack and method of use is described. Embodiments of the customizable backpack can include a pack body, a pack flap, a first panel, and a second panel. The first panel can be coupled to the pack body via the pack flap and the second panel can be removably attached to the first panel. One or more fastening mechanisms can be implemented to couple the first panel to the pack flap. Decorative objects can be removably attached to the first panel and to the second panel to customize the backpack. In a typical implementation, a user can decorate the first panel and the second panel with one or more decorative objects and/or utilitarian objects. The user can then decide which side of the first panel or the second panel to face outwardly when wearing the backpack.

The top edge of the sheet is placed on the third score line such that a triangular support is formed. Die-cut tabs in the base of the bottom panel are inserted into die-cut slits at or near the top of the second panel so as to from a sturdy triangular backing for holding a mobile device at an optimal viewing angle. Another die cut tab approximately the width of a device is cut in the bottom panel below the third score line. This tab is bent upward to fully support and display the device at the predetermined angle. The holder is stackable when flat for easy storage, mailing, and delivery.

The foam seating article can take the form of a chair, stool, sofa, chaise lounge, bench or Ottoman. The hollow shell can be formed using blow molding, injection molding or by capping both ends of a tube with disks. Air pressure inside the airtight hollow shell prevents the shell from collapsing inwards under the weight of an occupant. Alternatively, the hollow shell of the seating article can be accessed through a removable lid. The seating article includes no wood or metal. The layer of molded foam includes sections of different foam types, such as high density (HD) foam, memory foam and latex foam. Molding foam around a hard plastic shell is simpler and less costly than making conventional metal or wood framed furniture.

When the rounded rectangle is in the open position and is desired to be converted into a seat, the sections are folded on themselves to create a rectangular shape that can be zipped closed to retain all the individual sections. The outside surface of the center sections is further comprised of handle affixed to the outer surface at the perimeter of the fabric. On the perimeter of the rounded rectangle a zipper is affixed.

Points on the end of each vertical segment are adapted to pierce and become submerged in soil or sand and hold the frame upright where the horizontal segment will support fabric such as a towel as a back support. Fins may be positioned adjacent the points on the ends of the vertical segments to further stabilize their engagement with soil or sand and provide a contact point for a foot during insertion.

The anti-slip protective cover includes a first layer formed of a protective material and a second layer formed of an anti-slip material, with the anti-slip material and the protective material having a peripheral region surrounding an interior portion. The anti-slip protective cover also includes a connective material binding the first layer to the second layer at at least one location on the interior portion and along at least a location proximal to the peripheral region. The connective material may be arranged in a plurality of strips extending across a portion of the interior portion of the anti-slip material and the protective material. Abstract: For use with a high chair of the type commonly provided by a restaurant, a disposable cover has an inside portion that is nested into a seating volume of the high chair, and an outside portion that covers the outside of the high chair. There are leg apertures in the inside portion and outside portion such that a child's legs pass through the various leg apertures and desirably pull the disposable cover over a safety bar of the high chair, thereby properly positioning the disposable cover without the need for adhesives or fasteners. Complimentary pairs of seat belt apertures in the inside portion and outside portion may be provided to additionally position the disposable cover and prevent it from being pulled into the seating volume of the high chair by an active child.

Abstract: A simple fastening tool to hold a beach towel on a chair using an all-purpose strap is disclosed. The simple fastening tool or device of the invention holds towel to chair in adverse conditions, such as wind, at the beach or poolside, or during sitting or moving in the chair by the user. The fastening device of the invention can be attached to at least one end of the lounge chair or bench. The fastening device has an attached buckle or clip with a quick release mechanism for easy release of the towel when required without any delay or extra effort.
