Abstract: The invention is a process and a composition that provides an adhering composition for attaching colored fibrils to the eyebrows, the scalp and other skin covered regions. The composition is a rosewater glycerin mixture. The colored fibrils are short hair-like fibers of gossypium herbaceum, and they are applied after a sprayed mist of the composition is coated on the region that is to receive the fibrils. The fibrils color and increase the volume of the existing hair, and cover voids in the eyebrows, the scalp and other regions. When dry, the adhered colored fibrils are resistant to water. The fibrils are loose, and have a triboelectric negative charge and electrostatically attracted to hair and skin, which has a triboelectric positive charge. In the process, the fibrils are dabbed on the pre-wetted region, and any excess fibrils are removed. Eyebrows are sculpted to the desired color, thickness and shape.

Abstract: A helmet features a fixed length vertical extension, originating at the rear-bottom-center of the helmet, with height adjustable features at the bottom of the extension, connected to a fixed bracket, at the rear-top-center of current state-of-the-art shoulder pads or shoulder harness. The fixed In-place helmet is located above the head, without contact, and permits the wearer to move his head in all directions. A shock absorbing cap is worn and fills a portion of the space between the top of the head cap and the inside of the helmet, leaving sufficient room for head motion. There are no moving parts in the assembled system. The vertical helmet extension when attached to the shoulder pad bracket will resist elongation or compression along the vertical axis when impacted, but undergo flexure displacement in any lateral direction, followed by shape recovery after impact.

Abstract: A system and method for easily and frequently checking the gas bladder pressure levels in a sports player's helmet and refilling them to maintain optimum head protection for the player. The system and method involve an electronic hand-held gas pump that wirelessly communicates with an adjacent wireless device that comprises a software application for controlling pump operation. The software application allows a user to build a player helmet profile that automatically displays current gas pressure in the gas bladder to which the pump is currently connected. The system and method establish a preferred gas pressure level for every bladder in the helmet when the helmet is being worn and when the helmet is not being worn. Spreadsheets for an entire team can be generated, not only depicting the preferred gas pressure levels but time/date data for periodic checks in order to maintain every bladder to its preferred gas pressure level.

Abstract: This invention is related to a de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe. This high-heeled shoe includes a base, a middle pad, a surface layer, a vamp, and a heel. A bearing area recessed downwards is disposed at a position on the middle pad for receiving ball of foot. Therefore, when a user wearing the high-heeled shoes uses the anterior sole of foot to support the body weight thereof, the ball of foot will sink and is thus lower than a horizon of the anterior sole of foot. Accordingly, the higher outer side and the lower inner side of the guiding pathway of foot's moving stress can be satisfied to increase the comfortable feeling of the walking and do not cause the injuries of the legs and spine.

Abstract: An apparatus for applying coloring chemicals to hair, and a method thereof for applying said coloring chemicals. The apparatus for applying coloring chemicals having an applicator sheet and a sheet retainer; the applicator sheet providing a surface to apply coloring chemicals to a lock of hair and the sheet retainer providing a means for temporarily affixing the applicator sheet to the lock of hair. A first magnetic strip of the applicator sheet can be engaged with a second magnetic strip of the applicator sheet or a third magnetic strip; engagement with the second magnetic strip allowing the applicator sheet to be folded in half and affixed to the lock of hair. A liquid-impervious body of the applicator sheet prevents the coloring chemicals from seeping through the applicator sheet and allows the applicator sheet to be used to rinse the lock of hair.

Abstract: A hair grid measuring device comprises a thin, flexible body, a first side opposite a second side, a third side opposite a fourth side, a plurality of horizontal grid lines extending from the first side to the second side, and a plurality of vertical grid lines extending from the third side to the fourth side. The thin, flexible body also includes a plurality of apertures holding the device against a first individual's skin, ensuring stability and leverage, and easily bending the grid measuring device to the contours of the first individual's face, head, and body. A method for creating a custom hair style using the hair grid measuring device, accomplished either by hand or via a software application on an electronic device, that allows the first individual to obtain the hair design of a second individual, such as a celebrity, sports player, or actor, or any predetermined shape.

Abstract: A fluid transfer assembly comprises a housing for accommodating a fluid. A bellows member disposed in the housing defines an opening therethrough adapted to be in fluid communication with an applicator assembly. The bellows member is adapted to operatively engage the applicator assembly for extension in a first direction and contraction in a second direction. The bellows member seals against the inner surface of the housing during extension and contraction for defining a variable volume chamber with the housing. Expansion of the bellows member in the first direction reduces the chamber volume for generating positive pressure in the housing and forcing fluid through a valve to the applicator assembly. Contraction of the bellows member in the second direction increases the chamber volume for generating negative pressure within the housing for drawing fluid into the chamber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a tubular case for cosmetics that includes: a case (10) made of a material that can be pressed by a hand and capable of keeping make-up; a cosmetic discharge member (20) thread-fastened to an inlet (11) to the top of the case (10); a cylindrical brush cap (40) fitted on the cosmetic discharge member (20), moved up/down by elastic force of a spring (30) therein, and keeping a brush (41) on the top; and an upper cap (50) covering the top of the cylindrical brush cap (40) and thread-fastened to the lowermost stepped side (21) of the cosmetic discharge member (20). According to the tubular case for cosmetics of the present invention, since an opening/closing protrusion is inserted in close contact in a discharge hole and an O-ring is fitted on an upper stepped portion of a cosmetic discharge member to seal the inner side of a lower cylindrical protrusion, make-up is prevented from leaking.
