Abstract: Most bras focus on the push up function along the lower half of the bra band while lacking effective retaining measures along the neckline. Breast cleavage spillage is very common and difficult to prevent. The bra disclosed herein provides an elegant solution to this long standing common problem. The bra disclosed herein comprises a patch that is positioned close to the neckline with a surface that is capable of retain breast upon contact. When put on, the patch of the bra retains the breast and successfully preventing breast cleavage spillage. The bra can be stand alone or a built-in bra of a garment such as a swim suit, a camisole, or an exercise bra.

Abstract: A bra incorporates shape memory alloy, either in shape memory or super-elastic states, an accelerometer, a power source, a microprocessor, and an algorithm implemented by the microprocessor to learn and adapt to the displacement pattern of the wearer's breast during a physical activity. The shape memory alloy is in the form of SMA or super-elastic wires integrated into portions of the bra, whereby activating the wire(s) shortens the corresponding wire to produce a compressive force on the breast within the bra. The system thereby provides real-time, active suspension to control breast displacement or bounce.

Abstract: Apparatus are described herein for providing a garment (e.g. a bra) that can be used by a wearer during extraction of breast milk using a breast pump. In some embodiments, a garment can include an inner panel that defines one or more openings and an outer panel that can cover the openings. Each of the openings can receive a portion of a breast pump, and the inner panel can provide support to the breast pump during milk extraction. The outer panel can be removably coupled to the inner panel with a clasp such that the outer panel can be at least partially removed from the inner panel to gain access to the opening(s). In some embodiments, the inner panel can be removably coupled to another portion of the garment such that the inner panel can be partially removed and/or fully removed from the remaining portions of the garment.
