The headband comprises a strap configured to bind a head, an adjustment assembly that adjusts the tightness of the strap, and an electronic device that endows the headband with intelligent properties. The strap is connected to the adjustment assembly, and the electronic device is disposed within the adjustment assembly and connected to the adjustment assembly. The headband is an accessory of the helmet, electronic devices are combined with the headband such that the headband has electronic functions associated therewith, expanding the use range of the headband.

Abstract: Aspects hereof relate to a method for coupling a cemented upper to a sole of an article of footwear. Pairs of clamps secure a sole at a forefoot region and a heel region to prevent movement of a location of the sole upon application of a perimeter deforming force. Perimeter deforming implements apply such force to a bottom surface of the secured sole causing the perimeter of the top surface of the sole to splay open outwardly from the longitudinal axis of the sole. While the top surface of the perimeter is splayed, a cemented upper is caused to contact the top surface of the sole in a longitudinal direction from the heel end to the toe end. Once in place, the force on the bottom surface of the secured sole and the clamps is released leaving the top surface of the sole properly adhered to the upper.

This design focus its characteristics in the fact that it can easily and rapidly curl the eyelashes without making any damage, by means of an ergonomic and hygienic design by the friendly use of the product in different ways. The advantages of the design that is to be protected has to do with its ergonomic characteristics which allows a more comfortable use of the spoon with a configuration in its borders that drastically reduces the deterioration of the eyelashes with its use and that the device is hygienic since it doesn't have corners that holds any kind of residues that decompose with the time of use.
