Abstract: A method for manufacturing a water vapor permeable glove or a glove lining. The method includes steps: (A) preparing a functional layer assembly in the shape of a hand having a hand insertion opening and having a flat configuration, the flat functional layer assembly being stretchable in at least one direction, (B) subjecting the flat functional layer assembly to a stretching force and thereby transforming the flat configuration into a three-dimensional structure under the influence of the stretching force, (C) applying heat to the functional layer assembly while the functional layer assembly is subject to the stretching force, thereby relaxing the functional layer assembly and transforming the three-dimensional structure of the functional layer assembly into a stable three-dimensional structure, and (D) removing the stretching force from the functional layer assembly.

Abstract: The present invention presents a wheelchair racing glove. The glove includes a main body having a top surface with a gripping structure, padded segments, fastener, and nesting cavity; and a bottom surface having a force transfer member and frictional support member. The gripping structure is formed with ergonomic features that fit a user's hand, which is held in the glove by the fastener. The padded segments reduce vibrational forces acting on the user's hand, and the nesting cavity provides a protective cover and additional grip for a user's thumb. The nesting cavity may also have ventilation holes to promote airflow to a user's thumb. The force transfer member and frictional support member both function to reduce impact forces as well as promote force transfer efficiency between a user's hand and a wheelchair wheel. A patterned internal support system further provides structural integrity, weight reduction, force absorption, and efficient force transfer.

Abstract: A pocket attachable to a pillow case or in the vicinity of a place of rest is convenient for keeping small electronic devices close to a user's head and hands so that the device can be used or kept close by while resting with a pillow. The bottom of the pocket includes an aperture so that a charging or data cable may be attached to the device in the pocket. By inserting a finger in that aperture the device may be easily displaced from below and removed from the pocket. The invention is useful for users who wish to durably affix a pocket to a pillow case or anywhere in the vicinity of a place of rest without resorting to sewing or home improvement skills and tools or machines which they may not possess nor desire to own.

Abstract: Provided are an insulation fabric, an insulation product, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device therefor. The insulation fabric includes unit cells made by cutting an insulation layer or laminated unit cells made by cutting the insulation layer and laminating the cut insulation layer with lamination sheets to prevent fine particles from passing therethrough, the unit cells or the laminated unit cells being spaced from each other; and outer cover clothes or sheets covered on tops and undersides of the unit cells or the laminated unit cells. Sections on which the outer cover clothes or sheets are laminated, without any insulation layer, are formed between the unit cells or the laminated unit cells. On the sections, the outer cover clothes or sheets come into close contact with each other to divide unit cell spaces for covering the unit cells or the laminated unit cells.

Abstract: A synthetic radiator fabric with permanent mechanical wicking defines an inner surface and has a raised knit body defining an opposite outer surface. The fabric includes hydrophilic and hydrophobic fiber-containing yarns. At the inner surface, the hydrophilic fiber-containing yarns collect liquid sweat from a wearer's skin surface and maintain the collected sweat at the inner surface, generally in the vicinity of and/or in contact with the wearer's skin, for encouraging evaporation of sweat and providing evaporative cooling. The raised knit body extends from the inner surface toward, and defines, the opposite outer surface. The hydrophobic fiber-containing yarns are arranged in a radiator-like construction forming egg-crate or honey-comb like cells or pores, defined by the knit body and open to the inner surface. At the outer fabric surface, the hydrophobic fibers receive excess sweat from the wearer's body, thereby to encourage rapid evaporation and drying, for improved breathability.

Abstract: A seamless back buckle with concealed fittings, including a substrate and a plurality of rows of fittings disposed on the substrate; wherein the substrate includes a surface layer and a bottom layer, an interlayer is disposed between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and the plurality of rows of fittings are disposed in the interlayer; and a through hole is formed at a position corresponding to each fitting on the surface layer, and each through hole is communicated with an interior of the interlayer. A new concealed structure is adopted for the fittings of the back buckle, which provides a new idea for the underwear market, and can effectively simplify production procedures and reduce production costs.

Each band segment and each fitting may be of varied color, size, shape, and may display ornamental designs. Abstract: An apparatus for heating depilatory wax includes a reservoir and a collar, the reservoir formed of a resilient, heat resistant material. The reservoir is dimensioned to be received by a heating chamber of a wax warmer. The collar has a lip sized to extend outwardly from a top opening of the reservoir, to catch wax which may otherwise drip between the reservoir and warmer. The reservoir may be flattened for shipment or storage, and may be trimmed to accommodate many sizes of wax warmers. In embodiments, the reservoir and collar are nonstick and may be readily cleaned and reused. In embodiments, the reservoir and collar are formed of silicone. A method of distributing a hair removal kit includes packaging soft wax in bags, flattening and packaging reservoirs and collars, and shipping the kit to a user in an environmentally friendly and cost efficient manner.
