Abstract: A luggage system having a removable decorative storage crown for receiving and temporarily storing clothing items, such as suit jackets, uniforms, costumes, or other items using the same device that is used as a pull-handle. A stand element can be unfolded from the base of the luggage to act as a support, preventing the device from tipping when in a clothing rack orientation, but which can simply fold away when the luggage is being transported. A telescoping rod terminating in a cap may extend from the decorative storage crown for hanging hangers from the rod.

Abstract: A hair holder with firm holding effect is provided. The hair holder includes a ring body having an inner boundary defining an inner hole for allowing hair to go through. Abstract: An apparatus, kit, and method for applying a decal to a nail of a human digit are provided. A base coat of base nail polish is applied to a nail. The base coat has a tacky surface when dry. A decal application product is pressed against the tacky surface of the base coat, and includes a substrate and at least one decal adhered thereto. The at least one decal and the substrate have a first adhesion coefficient therebetween. The at least one decal and the tacky surface have a second adhesion coefficient that is greater than the first adhesion coefficient to cause a subset of the at least one decal to adhere to the base coat. A top coat of a top nail polish is applied atop of the base coat and the subset of the at least one decal to seal the subset of the at least one decal and the base coat.

Abstract: An illuminated compact case for magnetically holding makeup pans includes a housing that has a bottom, which is magnetic, and a top that is open. A lid is hingedly coupled to a back edge of the housing. A mirror that is coupled to the lid defines a border between the mirror and a perimeter of the lid. At least one battery, which is rechargeable, is coupled to the housing. A USB port that is coupled to the housing and operationally coupled to the battery is configured to couple the battery to a source of direct current to recharge the battery. A plurality of light emitting diodes is coupled to the border and is operationally coupled to the battery to selectively illuminate an area proximate to the lid. The top is configured to insert paramagnetic articles into the housing to selectively couple the paramagnetic articles to the bottom.

Abstract: A method is used for dispensing a fragrance blend (FB) comprising at least one fragrance (F1, F2), wherein the method comprises, by a fragrance dispensing apparatus (1), offering at least one desired agent function for user selection and blending at least one fragrance (F1, F2) with at least one functional agent (F3) based on at least one selected agent function to obtain the fragrance blend (FB) and dispensing the fragrance blend (FB). A fragrance dispensing apparatus (1) is adapted to perform the method. The invention is particularly useful for selecting and producing a fragrance blend directly by a user.

Abstract: An ear protection apparatus includes a flexible ear guard assembly with an integrally formed ear protector on each end of a connecting band. The connecting band is configured to position each of the ear protectors in contact with an ear of a user. The ear protection apparatus further includes a support structure coupled to the top of the ear guard assembly for structural stiffness. The support structure is configured to be deformable or bendable into different shapes such that it can be folded behind the user's neck or head to cover each ear thus protecting it from heat and/or chemicals during hair styling. The ear protector may optionally include a pair of breathable ear cups.

Abstract: The present application relates generally to carrier bags, and specifically to a reconfigurable bag which can carry a car seat. The carrier of the present application includes a wall system defining a seat compartment, the wall system moveable between an extended configuration, in which an expansion portion is included in defining an outer wall of the seat compartment, and a retracted configuration, in which the expansion portion is excluded from defining the outer wall of the seat compartment. The outer wall of the seat compartment further has an opening, the opening permitting objects to enter or exit the seat compartment and the outer wall of the seat compartment having a cover portion being moveable to close the opening. The carrier further includes a releasable fastener system to govern access through the opening. A related method of utilizing the carrier as a car seat carrier and backpack are also described.

The tether attachment assembly can include a tether coupling and, in other embodiments, further includes a link and collar also provided between the fitting and body. Abstract: This invention discloses a liquid dispensing hair brush for dispensing hair oil from a plurality of holes disposed on the top plate of the brush portion. The device further includes a handle portion with an elongated cavity that houses one or more oil chambers. Each oil chamber has a front end that is operationally coupled to a valve mechanism that controls the flow of oil into the brush head. The brush portion can be removably attached to the front end wall of the of the handle portion. Additionally, each oil chamber can contain different oil.

Abstract: A broom sprayer apparatus for wet sweeping includes a handle and a broom head. A bottle mount is selectively engageable with the handle. A spray assembly is coupled to the bottle mount. The spray assembly comprises a reservoir bottle and a spray mechanism. The reservoir bottle is coupled to the bottle mount and the spray mechanism is coupled to, and in fluid communication with, the reservoir bottle. The spray assembly is configured to spray a liquid in front of the broom head when activated. A trigger assembly is coupled to the spray mechanism and comprises a push rod coupled to the spray mechanism and a pull trigger coupled to the push rod. The pull trigger has a rest position and a pulled position. The pull trigger activates the spray assembly when moved from the rest position to the pull position.

Abstract: A tongue brush includes bristles that emanate from a front surface of the head of the tongue brush and a tongue scraper that emanates from the opposing rear surface of the head of the tongue brush. These bristles can include tongue brush bristles as well as tufted bristles. The tongue brush bristles may be arranged in a first region of the front surface separately from the tufted bristles. The tongue scraper can extend in an opposite direction and from an opposing surface from the bristles.

Abstract: The novel cavitation based cleaning devices preferably contain one or more cavitation creating elements and a reservoir holding the cavitation creating elements with an opening for introduction of an item in proximity to the cavitation creating elements. The reservoir may be or include a water filled reservoir. Collapse of bubbles created by the cavitation creating elements preferably pulls debris from the item. In some aspects, the reservoir is configured to permit introduction of an item comprising a paint brush. The debris may include wet, semi-dry, and/or dry paint on and/or inside the paint brush. The cavitation creating elements may include cylinders that spin in opposite directions within the reservoir. Cavitation is preferably created without using transonic methods or elements. Aspects of the invention also include methods performed by and/or using the novel cavitation based cleaning devices disclosed herein.

The at least one connecting member may be configured to link the head element and the shoulder element such that the at least one connecting member facilitates displacing the head element and the shoulder element to adjust spacing between them and the at least one connecting member. Displacement of a first end of the head element and displacement of a first end of the shoulder element can be independent of displacement of a second end of the head element and a second end of the shoulder element. The head element and the shoulder element may be encased within a fabric garment.

The estimation device includes a storage that stores a learning model built by machine learning of input data based on a sensor output from the at least one 3-axis acceleration sensor and teacher data based on information on the posture of the seated person or a posture transition of the seated person, and an estimator that uses the learning model to estimate the posture of the seated person or the posture transition of the seated person from the sensor output.
