Abstract: A recreational table for use on the beach comprises a pivotally mounted table top attached to a telescoping pedestal which contains a lower tapering end for inserting and stabilizing the table within the sand. By forming the pedestal from a pair of telescoping members and by pivotally mounting the table top on the upper telescoping member, the recreational table can be folded and collapsed into a unit which can be easily carried and stored, the table top optionally containing a handle member.
Abstract: A pullout shelf provided with rollers is mounted on static roller guide structure having several tracks with openings in the tracks to allow manipulation of the shelf and a supported machine to desired heights and inclinations.

Abstract: To overcome floor clearance problems, a tiltable X-ray table is tilted at an accelerated rate between level and upright positions by a variable ratio positive gear drive. Simultaneously the table is caused to translate at a constant or linear rate by primary drive means mounted directly on the movable table body or chassis. Thus, the ratio of table body translation to tilt is greater at the beginning of table body travel than at later stages of travel. Table body translation is effected by twin ball nut screw shaft assemblies carried by opposite sides of the table body or chassis.
