In this way, the material about the opening of the head portion may be pulled against a wearer's scalp to potentially prevent water or other liquids from entering the interior of the hair cap. In some implementations, a fastener may be provided on the head portion and another fastener on the pocket portion of a hair cap. In this way the distal end of the pocket portion may be attached to the head portion thereby holding a wearer's hair off of their shoulders and back. In some implementations, silk may be used to manufacture the hair cap. In this way, the wearer's hair is protected from breakage.

When a wearer pulls her hair through the aperture, the aperture increases in size. Once the wearer's hair is pulled through the aperture, the aperture decreases in size and provides a secure fit around the wearer's hair. The elastic loop supports the long hair upwards in a manner that prevents the hat from riding up or the hair from falling onto a rear brim.

    Abstract: A wig using hairnet is provided. An attaching member has an elastic attaching band to be worn on a head or discovered from the head and an auxiliary band, which connects the attaching band to the hairnet. Both ends of the attaching band are folded to form a loop and a tube is inserted to the folded portion. According to the wig of the present invention, inconvenience can be reduced because the wig can be kept on a head while an attaching band adheres around a head. The wig is very convenient to wear or discover because it can be easily kept on the head with the attaching band pulled. Also the wig can be prevented from getting loose because the front side of the wig adheres around the head when hair next to the loop is inserted into the loop and the end portion of the loop is pulled after the wig is worn.

    Abstract: A chignon maker utilizing a cylindrical sleeve open at both ends. A captive rubber band surrounds one end to elasticize it. In use, the wearer pulls the cylindrical sleeve over her pony-tail so as to completely enclose the pony-tail with the elasticized end positioned at the base of her pony-tail. The wearer then twists the sleeve along with the enclosed pony-tail in an action similar to the action of wringing a towel. Subsequently, the wearer wraps the twisted sleeve in a spiral fashion around the base of her pony-tail thereby forming a chignon. The chignon is secured in place by tucking the non-elasticized end of the sleeve into the base of the pony-tail.
